I ordered the Chilean sea bass which the waitress recommended as a best seller. The food was incredible, the service was 10/10, and the atmosphere was amazing. We were given complimentary champagne for our friend’s birthday. Great for an upscale dinner and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

What an excellent surprise. We stopped here after having poor service and mediocre drinks at a bar up the road. The valet, like the rest of the staff we encountered, is genuinely a pleasure to interact with. This place had a great vibe, I find that usually comes from the top down, so kudos to the owners and managers here. We sat at the bar and found the food and cocktails to be very enjoyable. We found the prices to be on point for the quality and service.

We came to Salt to celebrate my son’s birthday. From the hostess, to the server, to the kitchen manager, the entire staff was welcoming, professional and friendly. They even all sung Happy Birthday! Not to mention the entire atmosphere of the entire restaurant was laid back but with a high class, high quality feel. & the food was prepared to perfection. We will absolutely be returning.

We went here two nights in a row because it was so great! Excellent service and the food (especially the truffle fries with garlic aioli) were so good. Shoutout to Zach for great service and Bill for excellent valet service.

Wife made reservations for New Years about a month ago, there was no option for indoor or outdoor seating at time of booking, we were seated outside with no option for inside as it was full, they did provide blankets because it was 12 degrees outside. Showed up to be told the menu has been replaced by a $150 a person tasting menu. It's new years so we weren't going to get another spot to eat. Ordered a bottle of wine, was poured into both glasses without tasting first. First course was cold soup (it was not gazpacho) that was not good, supposed to be tomatoes soup but was more like tomatoes sauce. Second course I had a salad that I could finish in two bites but was decent. Third course which arrived 40 minutes after the second (presented to me by a teenager reaching over the table in gym shorts) was filet mignon that had almost no flavour, although was cooked to my preference. My wife's meal (duck with polenta) was over cooked and cold. This was the first time the waiter was back since the start of the evening. Took way too long for our food to come, they ran out of one of the appetisers (a salmon dish, there were only 3 apps to choose from), the service was not that of a high class restaurant. And remember , this cost us $150 (USD) a person! We finished our bottle of wine (unbeknownst to anybody that worked there) and asked for our desert to go. The manager was nice enough to comp us our bottle of wine which I appreciate but it was very disappointing. Not a big 'reveiew' person but I genuinely feel like I was ripped off and given no choice to try a ' tasting' menu. We've been to fancy restaurants before and had tasting menus with actual quality of food and service that cost slightly less, I can assure this was not it.

SALT is one of our absolute favorite spots on AMI...we make it a point to go every single time we’re here. The drinks are phenomenal, the food is incredible, and they are exceptional when it comes to handling food allergies, which means a lot. There’s always something creative and interesting on the menu, so it never feels repetitive, and the atmosphere is vibrant and fun without being overwhelming. The valet parking is a huge bonus on the island...It takes all the stress out of parking and lets you just enjoy the experience. A definite must-go whenever you’re on AMI.

This food blew me out of the water after a beautiful day at the beach. It was a great experience. The eggplant parm lasagna was one of the best dishes I've eaten in weeks.

I cannot recommend SALT Bar & Table highly enough! I visited from out of state and, in the post-vacation haze, realized I had left my key fob behind after dinner. When I called around frantically, the team at SALT confirmed they had found it and—without hesitation—offered to mail it back to me at no charge. That level of service is truly unmatched.
Aside from being life-savers, the actual dining experience was flawless. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, and the creative cocktails were some of the most phenomenal I’ve ever had. If you want a place that treats its customers like gold and serves a world-class meal, this is it. This is the second time I’ve taken friends when I visited AMI and I will definitely be back! Thank you, SALT!
