Sharky’s has gone out of business and a new restaurant will open under new management. The remodeled property will be called “Salt”. We will miss Sharky’s prime rib, 2 for one happy hour and old world atmosphere. Jan & Bill
We made a reservation at Sharky's and got a confirmation email for the reservation and multiple reminders. When we got to the restaurant it was deserted with caution tape hang off the front door as if it had been there forever. To make matters worse, later on we got a notification thanking us for dining with Sharky's... seriously?!

Extremely disappointed!!! We received your confirmation for our Sharky's Seagrill reservation. We arrived before 6:00 pm to find yellow tape across the parking area, plastic taped to all the windows and no one there. It was obvious this place was closed and not in operation for a while.

Don't waste you're time, management obviously does not appreciate your business. Our reservation was accepted for one of the busiest days of the year, Labor Day weekend. Arrived only to find a sketchy looking run down dump and a note stating the owner was on vacation.

Great service from Holly last night! We were recommended to come into Sharky’s and we were very very satisfied. The prime rib was amazing and I loved their creamy seafood soup. Holly was so attentive, refreshing, and funny. We are definitely coming back! 5 Stars ⭐️ check it out folks.

Macadamia nut crusted Red Snapper with Brown butter Fig sauce totally out of the park! Best! And the trio special right now - Grouper/Barramundi/Shrimp in a lemon butter sauce (trade out for Champagne Butter Sauce ??) so fabulous can't wait to come back? Too many choices!

My family of 5 (parents brother, son) went on a Sunday night at 6:30pm. We no trouble getting seated immediately. The server was excellent and attentive. We tried the shark bite appetizers. They were pretty good - something in the breading or sauce was nice and spicy. All five of us enjoyed our meals that ranged from the grilled shark, to shrimp and lobster pastas, and the prime rib. The food was all very well prepared. We tried to order the strawberry tiramisu but they were out of it. Would definitely go back if we come to Anna Maria Island again.

This restaurant was a joke! We are visiting from Georgia for the week and wanted a nice seafood restaurant to eat at for dinner. When walking in we noticed the kitchen door leading to outside was open and the kitchen was a absolute MESS! The restaurant was very outdated but we still decided to give it the benefit of the doubt(we shouldn’t have), looking at the menu we had a hard time finding anything good but we were starving so we stayed. They gave us bread rolls that was obviously frozen and reheated. We ordered the lobster fettuccine, the salmon, and the ground beef something; the lobster was chewy and just not the best. The salmon had NO flavor what so ever, and the veggies and potatoes that came with it where cold, and we’re in very small portions. We had to resend in the ground beef meal because it was RAW. After sending it back it still wasn’t very good and the veggies and potatoes where also cold. It’s honestly a insult they think they can serve food like this to people, let alone charge them almost 30$ per meal! The waitress was very nice but no amount of kindness could make this restaurant worth it. I don’t know if the chef was on permanent vacation or what but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone! I would of rather ate at McDonald’s LOL
I can't say anything good about this restaurant. Vegetables and potatoes were cold. Very small portion. And entree tasteless. We are on vacation and wanted a good seafood meal and highly disappointing. I would not recommend. The lemon water was good. Waitress was very nice and ambiance was good. Food considered bad by all family members. Very disappointing.

“Lump Crabcakes” = what appears to be canned flake crab meat. Certainly not ‘lump.’ Perhaps a crab swam past in the kitchen but that’s as close as it came. Service was average at best. No ice in water. Greasy fries. No plate. No Silverware. Even after being served had to ask for a plate and silverware. Hello?! Food was average at best. Certainly not what we were expecting. You would do better at an Ihop!

We went on Friday @ 4pm. Not crowded! Shared grouper fingers appetizer, crab cake & cashew crusted grouper entrees. Everything was scrumptious. Michelle was a wonderful waitress. We'll go back!!!!

Looked forward to the Prime Rib special, that was a tasty 10 ounce cut, but was about a third of unappetizing fat and gristle. Sides of mixed vegetables and red potatoes was good. Trimming the fat out and advertising a smaller cut would have presented better.
