When everyone else is taking a left off Cortez to head to Bridge Street, take a detour to the right instead to visit this little smokehouse. An interesting and delicious menu to pick from, friendly service, and likely less crowded than some of the nearby alternatives, this place was a fun find for us.
Food was just ok, you order at the door and pickup at kitchen window. The bbq sandwich with coleslaw was something to fill your stomach. I got the chips with blue cheese and garlic aoli and they were so salty I couldn't eat them. Fries were the best thing we had.
Great spot with quick, delicious food! We appreciate that they use beef tallow for frying and have options for those with dietary restrictions. Our group ordered the brisket, GF veggie, pulled pork, kids’ burger, brussel sprouts, and fries. Everything was great!
