We have repeatedly given this place the benefit of the doubt because we like to support local businesses. However, the food is either not cooked all the way, or you missed the food. You can tell the fries have been recooked. Not to mention, even when you call ahead, you still have to wait because the food is not ready. We have waited up to 20 minutes. Let’s say we will not return.

We just came through your drive-through and ordered two double burgers and two hotdog and an order of fries ,Kassidy by far has the greatest customer service we’ve had in a long time! Super friendly, very willing to make sure we were happy with everything we were ordering and also patient, very very happy and will definitely come to this place again!!!

15 minute wait at sign before I even got to order. Waited another 15 minutes and never even got to the pickup window. There was ONE car in front of me. Slowest drive through ever. A monkey could be trained to run that place faster by himself.

I was reluctant to do a review for this place because it's so good, I didn't want to "blow up the spot" as the kids say. Do the kids still say that? Anyway this spot is awesome. The burgers are great, the sides are great, and the service is great. I just can't say enough great things about this place. It's better quality (by better quality I mean its real(ly) food), better service and absolutely a better bang for your buck than some national burger chains here locally. I'm looking at you, McDonalds. The folks inside are always nice.

We decided to dine in this time. Usually we just hit the drive thru. The staff here is always very friendly! They have 4 tables for dine in option and the set up is cute. We had mom/daughter date and the kid chose burger heaven.
Their onion rings are so so so good. The burgers are always fresh and hot and delicious. Last time we went thru the drive thru my onion ring order came with only 5 small rings? dining in I got 6 but bigger? never the less they are so tasty I don't mind the price. I'm an onion ring snob??

I did the drive thru and was greeted with a very friendly lady. I highly recommend Burger Heaven in Branford, Fl.
