Went through drive through and ordered 2 sandwiches a medium fry and a kids meal. Got home and one of the sandwiches was not the sandwich I had ordered. Called store and the first person I spoke with was not polite. Manager then came on and was extremely polite and helpful. Went back to store to return incorrect sandwich (fortunately I live close by) and cashier was rude. Shoved the bag with the correct sandwich out the window and said ‘here’. No apology, no thank you, nothing. I understand that mistakes happen and I am okay with that. But rude customer service is never acceptable.

Work late today.. decided to stop at Hardee's in town here in Branford Florida.. probably somewhere around 5:00 p.m. I was in a hurry cuz I worked late so I went through grab me a mushroom and Swiss burger and one of the Nashville chickens I have yet to look at and a small fry the lady seemed nice enough at the window it's the first time I've been to Hardee's in well over two years proceeded to go to the Post Office get my mail and drive the 30-minute ride home after a few minutes at home I decided to go ahead and eat after my shower and this is what I find check the pictures below three small slice mushrooms and very little sauce on a smashed Burger... it'll be a long time before I ever go back to that Hardee's

100% what you would expect from a Hardee's. Is Hardee's the best fast food? Maybe not, but it is better than BK and Macdonalds. This location has always gotten my order right, everyone is friendly, and the food is as good as you would expect.

Fergus tastes like cardboard. Matter of fact the Kroger's taste I like them being cooked for 5 hours prior to my order. The service was okay what's the whole point of going to the restaurant is for the food. If I wanted a cardboard I would have gone to the dump.
