This particular Hardee's is always good. The service is fast and the food is always good. The prices aren't too bad either. We get a decent amount of food as a family of 6 and it's never been too costly and it's filling. Way better than the experience I had for dinner hours at the one in Lake City. Nothing much for fast food in Fort White but this Hardee's is worth the travel

Management seriously needs to do a better job at insuring quality.
I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, I came here a few months ago and was disappointed, I came for breakfast this time and was even more so. My chicken biscuit tasted like it was made hours prior, it was cold and the chicken was soggy with oil. Also not mention the biscuit looked like it was placed in some one's back pocket and flattened.This is not a fluffy fresh Hardee’s biscuit like I know. I don't make a lot of money and I don't spend it, so you can imagine my disappointment today with this disgusting biscuit. I called the store to try to tell someone about my problem.But there was no answer.
Overall , though, this is just pretty disappointing business practices. I can't say I will ever be back.But I would recommend that the management seriously ensures quality control for every product purchased.
The entire point of going out to eat is having something nice to eat and you failed.

Went through drive through and ordered 2 sandwiches a medium fry and a kids meal. Got home and one of the sandwiches was not the sandwich I had ordered. Called store and the first person I spoke with was not polite. Manager then came on and was extremely polite and helpful. Went back to store to return incorrect sandwich (fortunately I live close by) and cashier was rude. Shoved the bag with the correct sandwich out the window and said ‘here’. No apology, no thank you, nothing. I understand that mistakes happen and I am okay with that. But rude customer service is never acceptable.
