The person behind the bar was rude and not welcoming at all. Thank the Lord our waitress made up for it. She was out going, Johnny on rhe spot and extremely thoughtful of our needs. She was patient with the 3 kids and cut their straws in 1/2 to accommodate the drinks. I carry a small knife to do this. And she listened! She didn't miss a Beat. Made up for that thing behind the bar
We had a lovely meal. It was New Year's Eve, and not too crowded or chaotic. There was a band, but the volume was perfect for this space. Not overwhelmingly loud like so many live bands can be.
We stopped here for lunch after a day on the water and the service was great! I forgot to get our waitresses name but she was phenomenal! Salad bar was fantastic and my burger was great too.
