This has been our favorite subway for a while, we normally drive 35- 40 minutes one way because they had great service & yummy subs. A few months ago when I placed an order online & arrived at the store they stated my order hasn’t came through their system, but since I had a email with a confirmation number stating my order was placed & would be ready they made my order. A week ago we ordered again & arrived to be told that once again my order hasn’t came through the system, so once again I pulled up my confirmation email. The worker Savannah was rude & acted like I was dumb for suggesting that they fix the mistake in their end, so I requested a manager-so she called Jacine, who basically said I must not have ordered correctly, this happens all the time & there was nothing they could do & called me a liar when I said this has happened before but they just made the subs anyway. Then Savannah called Nellie who said the same thing & that my account would not be charged, so after driving all that way I left with no refund & no subs. The next morning my refund was not there & my subs were marked as picked up but thankfully when Savannah called Nellie she left her phone number for me. Nellie made me wait 3 days before she would have my refund ready, because they couldn’t refund through the system since they had been marked as picked up, meaning my husband had to drive all the way back to pick up a cash refund. While the problem was resolved, it was not timely & had I not been smart enough to save Nellies number when it was lit up on the phone I probably would have never saw my refund since they marked it as picked up. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running but seems like they need some system updates or learn how to check for orders correctly. I’ve seen numerous other complaints via fb about them ordering & then it not being in the system when they showed up for pickup, imagine all those people who haven’t received refunds.

Honestly it’s disappointing going to a place where they suppose to have fresh vegetables, I dint have a choice on lettuce or spinach because quality conditions.

I just had the most delicious Boss sandwich at Subway. The gentleman working here at 8pm on Tuesday, September 2nd, created the most perfect ratio of ingredients on the sub, and toasted, and wrapped it to perfection. I was genuinely impressed by his ability to construct this sub with such precision and care. Eating it was a joy! I wish I’d gotten his name, but regardless, I hope you read this good sir! God bless you!

Been going to this Subway since they’ve opened and never had a problem with workers or food. Sometimes the line takes a minute to get through but yall have to remember they are assembling a whole sandwich together so it’s going to take a little bit of time. Branford is small so most of the people that work there are young maybe even their first job (try to be nice to them it’s not their fault if they are short staffed)

I honestly don't know what keeps this places doors open. We ate here one night and a child threw up on the floor. Neither of the workers cleaned it up. Next time we came in to get food, had to settle for white bread. Yesterday (6/6/25) we were told we could only have pizza or flatbread.

Out of bread at least once a week. Quicker to go in the store rather than order online. Still expect to wait 25 mins to get your sandwiches, even if you’re ordering only two of them. Only 1 worker preparing subs in the afternoon into the night.

Service was horrible never met anyone that didn’t even recognize I was there I also got charged twice. I didn’t realize it till later called and the lady didn’t even care. She said she couldn’t do anything. She was the rudest person I’ve ever met in a service food industry. I literally just cannot believe it. I can promise you this I will never go back and I encourage anybody else not to go I ended up paying $25 for one sub because they would not refund me because they double charged me and they were horrible service so that’s all I’m gonna say very upset that people in Brantford are like that

Waited in line no one ever spoke to me hey we will be with soon nothing. There was two people ahead of me. Then they do an online order still say nothing to me. Then the girl starts messing with bread still says nothing to me. What a waste of my time I won’t be back. Wish sausage shack was open.

The bread was stale and all the veggies look wilted and old. Nothing tasted fresh at all. We were out in our boat and had to eat anyway. Threw the bread away it was so hard and stale.
