Great food the service was amazing thr place looks amazing the server was on top of everything. The manager was great came bye and he checked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Feeling happy with Applebees’s . I would come this Applebees's what a great job

Our server started out taking our drink order, ran away before we finished as I wanted to add sodas. Also I wanted to order a appetizer..... she finally came back and we had to order everything at once. The app came out right before the food!
This is why you take appetizer order with drinks!
Rushed to move items for the food. Which was eh ok.
At no point after we got our food were we checked on. We ran out of napkins, didn't have sauces we wanted because we were not asked the food was dropped and server once again ran off. Then we are done, waiting, we just want the check and boxes, we look over and our server is standing by the kitchen talking to someone who works there for several minutes, when she finally did come back dropped the check and then cashed us out quickly ands you can just tell by her demeanor that she didn't give 2 shits. .... sub par at best.

The best ribs and broccoli I’ve ever had from Applebee’s ! Even the potatoes tasted like homemade. I got takeout from the Brooksville Florida restaurant.

I recently dined here with my family and had the pleasure of being served by Kiki, who I believe was our server. She was exceptionally kind and sweet, with a warm smile and excellent hospitality skills. Kiki ensured that our food was prepared to perfection and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The steak and shrimp were also very good.

The only reason why I am giving four stars is because when I was seated, I was in a area right underneath the vent which was really cold but outside of that 10 out of 10 recommend my server Kiki. She was very attentive to my needs and she got whatever I asked for In the matter of minutes. She was so patient and understanding with my special needs daughter! Her table side manner is spectacular. I can tell she resolves problems in a very polite and professional manner, Great attention to detail, a team player and she’s a joy to Chat with! I’ll definitely come again with my family, food could be better
