The employees seem miserable. I go in this location often and they never smile or show any warmth. I feel like I'm putting them out by asking for something. The atmosphere the employees fill the space with is dull and makes me not want to ever walk in there. I often dread even picking up my food because of this. The attitude of the employees really does make a difference in a place of business. They set the tone for the whole experience. I may even stop ordering from this...

Great food the service was amazing thr place looks amazing the server was on top of everything. The manager was great came bye and he checked if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Feeling happy with Applebees’s . I would come this Applebees's what a great job

I recently dined here with my family and had the pleasure of being served by Kiki, who I believe was our server. She was exceptionally kind and sweet, with a warm smile and excellent hospitality skills. Kiki ensured that our food was prepared to perfection and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The steak and shrimp were also very good.
