I have not been to Arby's in a while and decided to try the corned beef sandwich again, it was terrible and they put so much sauce on it. Sauce was leaking all over. This was fast service but it took a while for them to bring me my food. They were friendly but not great, and the price was very overpriced.

Placed a mobile order and got parked at the double doors. Waited 20 mins for my food, I timed it. I had to go in to receive my food that they placed on the Mobil tray. Had a worked walk past me twice before I was greeted as well. Obviously no communication was done and now my “fresh” potato cakes are ice cold.

Food was as expected. The restaurant was a complete mess, everything was dirty, none of the seating and tables had been cleaned in quite a while, floors were sticky or slippery. The men's bathroom is nasty. Handicapped parking missing signs. Update, it's getting better, a lot cleaner and much better service

The restaurant was clean. Ordered online and still had to wait. Drinks were watered down from sitting for 10 minutes, sandwiches were barely luke warm, as well as fries. The only thing made fresh was mozzarella sticks. There were 4 people working, and everything would have been great if everything was fresh and made all at once. Fries, sandwiches, and drinks had been sitting for quite a while, but like I said before, mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh! Arbys, please do better : (

UPDATE: Tried again, what was I thinking? This time the manager threatened us! Will NOT be back.
I order here every couple of months. And each time I remember why I haven’t been back in so long. Every time it’s the same thing. Waiting an hour for food. Ordered take out at 642PM. Said it would be ready in 5 minutes but we all know that’s not possible. I arrived at 658; waited, waited, and waited. Finally received my food at 734.
A young man was in line and asked if he could put gloves on and work even though he wasn’t on the schedule. He made a call and then said he wasn’t told no.

This was the most disgusting burger I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. It has a weird consistency and it was so messy. Couldn't even finish it. Bland and a bizarre texture. Single burger small fry and small iced tea 13 bucks. Felt like it took a while at the window and of course by the time I got it it was inedible. Waste of money. Wish I could give zero stars.
