It took about 45 min for my food to be ready after I ordered it online and it gave me a 15 min time slot. I went inside and asked I overheard a worker say that my order was four tickets behind and then proceeded to give me my coffee which was cold and not made appropriately when I asked for a little bit more accommodations for my coffee like more sweetener , I was told I was going to be charged and when I was going to go do so the older broader shoulder lady with the headband with blonde hair ( I don’t know her name she wasn’t wearing a name tag) got frustrated with me, asked for my coffee and told me she would do it just this one time and then mumbled under her breath that this is ridiculous , not very professional. I was shocked , maybe being small business they think it’s okay to act unprofessional I don’t know . That was my first time ever to go there we are military, and we are visiting and I can tell you that that will be my last time to go there . I will not recommend that place to anybody. Very disappointed , also the bagels were very dry.

I frequent this deli and I have always had very good food, and a pleasant experience. They use top quality ingredients that are evident in many of the items I have purchased. The tuna wrap was outstanding with very good tuna, not fillers! You may experience a little wait at busy times, but I feel it's worth it. If you stopping here for a great bagel and fantastic coffee, slow down a moment and enjoy it.
I made an account just for this review; I’ve been here a handful of times and have held off on posting a review to make sure it was not based of one subpar experience but several, I understand people can have off days but it seems to be a recurring issue for this establishment. Dead flys in the cooler case, under the espresso machine and on the window ledges, I think it’s safe to assume if there are that many dead flies where customers can see them how many are there where we cannot see them. The lady who took my order was nice but I would not go back again. The food is mediocre. Also over the course of my visits there I witnessed who i’m assuming is the manager not speak kindly to customers and front of house employees in front of customers. The turnover rate seems to be quite high as well which is a reflection of the management it seems.

Been coming for years.. haven't been here in almost a year and wow has it gone down.. over 7 bucks now for cheese egg pork roll Kaiser roll sandwich and they sliced the pork roll super thin now.. one sandwich use to fill me up good but not now.. wawa has better sandwiches now
