The meats are good smoked meats. We love the Mac n cheese & I simply can't get enough of their greens! The greens set my mouth to water & I could easily over eat on those alone. Service is top notch and their hearts are in their food. You can tell it's all made with a great deal of love.

Few weeks ago we sampled a few items on the menu. All I can say the ribs were amazing! Thick and juicy. We brisket and chicken were also very juicy. Collards outstanding (I am from NC and was like home). Definitely recommend and we will be back.

This is some of the best BBQ I have had ever. The Mac and cheese tasted like my Mom made it and the greens already had a hint of datil pepper sauce in them. Sublime.
And the brisket is phenomenal!!

If you stopped while traveling on 19 thru Springhill, FL, you really should. Amazing owner and her son Chaz runs the food truck and is just adorable as his mom. Super Delious and Great Service.

Finally stopped here for my first time ever this week and got the brisket platter. The brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had! Super tender and well seasoned. Got it with the hottie bbq sauce and it was the perfect amount of heat and sweet for me. Can’t wait to try some more good bbq from them!

This place is phenomenal! Owners are exceptionally friendly- we asked for a sample of the brisket & out comes this huge chunk of the most tender, juicy, delicious, brisket! Kids weren't too hungry, but quickly changed their minds. All the sides were amazing from the beans, rosemary carrots, and mac n cheese, all the sauces are home made- sweet sauce/mustard- just delish. Do yourself a favor & stop in for the best brisket i have had outside of memphis- & it rivals that!!

Fabulous family owned bbq! I've had all their meats and they are terrific. The brisket is my fave. Tender and juicy! Every side I've tried was delicious. I'm over an hour away but will make a point to stop by if I'm anywhere close. Large portions..I always get 2 meals out of a platter. If you're paddling at weeki or the chaz, stop by to refuel after!

We enjoyed the food. The pulled pork and pulled chicken were moist, but not super flavorful. They were smokey which was nice and they tasted like the meat but if you like heavy seasonings you don't get that.
The beans and cornbread were great. I will probably order double beans in the future. The mac and cheese was okay. The cheese was split, but that is common with bbq joints because the sauce tends to get very hot. That results in it not being very creamy and not sticking to the noodles very well.
Staff was nice and communicated clearly about delays and items that were not ready to serve.
