The employee was helpful, but you can tell either the place is mismanaged or bad owners. They were out of multiple things, ice cream wasent labeled. Definitely won't be back.

Worst place I have been in a long time waited over hour in The drive through for 2 shakes for them to tell me they were out of strawberry. I would've backed out that they was 5 cars behind me and 4 in front of me.No way will I ever go there again terrible service.

Inside the dunkin donuts. Ice cream is great and the portions are really generous. The single scoop is definitely a lot more than an actual scoop :)

I ordered a banana split today. I requested hot fudge, Carmel and strawberries for my topping. MISS PURPLE/PINK HAIR DO attendant thought it would be cute to continue holding the hot fudge button down and overload my banana split with the attendant holding the banana split tray, covering the whole thing with hot fudge, leaving no room for any Carmel or strawberries. With hot fudge dripping all over and totally melting my ice cream into a gooey melted mess. I didn't want to be a jerk and refuse it. However, I had a couple bites and threw that melted disaster in the garbage. VERY CUTE LADIES!!! I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

The coffee tasted like mop water. I have never had coffee that tasted so horrible. I have had instant coffee that taste better. The waffle cones were also very old. It was a waste of money to visit this store.

Walked in floor was a mess, while I was waiting for the bathroom an employee decided that she needed to use the bathroom apparently worse than I did and cut in front of me (all she had to do was ask and not be rude about it) we wasnt greeted at all, coffee tasted horrible, ice-cream cones were old but edible and I ended up dumping my coffee out. While we was waiting for our stuff we overhead the cashier ask his coworker if our payment went through like we were some criminal or something it wasn't professional at all. We will not be returning. They really need better training and management here!

So today was a cheat day for husband and I. So we came to Baskin Robbins!Shout out to Travis who was speedy in service and super sweet in getting us our treats! Give that young man a raise! He helped make a special time all the more special for us :)
