The garlic bagel was awesome!! Loved all the garlic. The cashier was super nice & helped us with suggestions. I loved the brownie. Not too moist & not too dry. It was perfect.

Could not tell if this was open or not. Ran in for a few items and laughed when I opened the bag. Chocolate croissants were 2 different sizes and were pulled from a zip lock bag. One was large the other half the size. Very dense and not flaky. The pistachios muffin was very dry. The last item I ended up just throwing it out. What a waste of 17 bucks.

A very small and quaint bakery with numerous options for breakfast and lunch. Decorated in a country farm theme which is perfect for the historical Brooksville, it makes those of us from the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s remember how life use to be. The food was fresh baked, the staff was friendly, and I had to laugh when one of the waitresses cats had followed her to work . That was just perfect to remind me of how country use to be.
