So disappointed in the chop block is it under new ownership? I know its been a while since we had went. But had friends from out of town wanting to try good local restaurant. We took them and the food was all not great. His steak ordered medium was well done better steak at Texas roadhouse. My wife's and his wife's meal both were basically beef stew over salted. It was just sad to see quality drop so bad. Spending close to $200 on a dinner and three of the meals were bad. I will say the duck was on point

Visiting Florida and heard about this restaurant. It did not disappoint. The food and service was well beyond what we expected. My husband had the scallop special. He raved that he had never had such delicious scallops. They were sweet and so tender. The Cuban egg rolls were so good. My steak was cooked perfect and it was tender and delicious. The staff went out of their way to please. I would absolutely recommend eating here! Wish we didn't live so far away so we could return here, but we will recommend it to all in this area. The restaurant was also very clean and the atmosphere was great.

Weāve been there for lunch a number of times and really liked it. But they stopped offering lunch so we went back for dinner. The management is different and maybe hasnāt hit its stride. Upon being seated we received water. When the waitress came my partner asked for a slice of lemonā¦it never came. We were told that everything was prepared fresh and entries would take 45 minutes. Ok, so we ordered mussels as an appetizer and onion soup and a salad. The soup and salad arrived. My partner observed the waitress bringing out the mussels right after but someone told her to wait to deliver them. When they arrived, they were barely warm. Right after we started the mussels, the entries arrived. I ordered duck with orange sauce. The duck was good but the orange sauce appeared to be orange marmalade right out of the jar. (I hope management reads this and tells me I am wrong.) Maybe they need to get better coordinated.

Nice find! Food was really good and we will return! Not a fan of shared bathrooms.
This is a higher end restaurant going for upscale vibe. Food was very good as were the cocktails. Service was excellent and we were well looked after. The staff seemed to really care whether we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was good. I highly recommend the Korean short rib, Beef bourguignon and the spicy margarita. A bit pricey but worth it if you are looking for a nice night out or a special occasion.

An absolute hidden gem in Brooksville! We stopped in with no idea what to expect.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. We wish we were not on such a time crunch so we could have slowed down and enjoyed a little longer.
The service was attentive, the atmosphere is very nice, great for a date night (which we will be back for to be sure). We were impressed from start to finish.
Do not miss out on the opportunity to enjoy a well prepared meal and great service.
What happened to this place? Food and service have gone down hill and it looks like everyone that normally works quit? The new staff is awful. Never liked their wine list anyways. Donāt think Iāll ever be back again

Very disappointed. The food used to be really great. The service used to be the best in town. But nowā¦..itās gone downhill. I just recently went out to dinner with my significant other and everything about this place just screams horrible. The wait time, the quality in the food, and especially the new management. Iām not sure if this was a bad day for the company but this past Saturday was the worst experience, coming from a long time guest/customerā¦ā¦very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYMORE. Sorry

First time here. Had the Ribeye, we also tried the Twin Lobster Rails, Chicken and Fettuccine. If you like bourbon try the Kentucky Jungle Bird. The Owner even stopped by to say hi!

Great date night resturant! Just ate dinner here with my fiancĆ©, we ordered the Prince Edward muscles and shared the 14oz ribeye steak with au graten potatoes. Absolutely delicious and will be back for more. Jaden our server was a sweetheart ā¤ļø
