Well after waiting about 15 minutes for our food for dine in every fry was over cooked both sandwiches were wrong and doubled what we said not to put on there simple plain orders our cheese Stix were even iver cooked and the manager still made the order him self and served it knowing atleastvthat the fries were wayyyyyt iver done to where they were actually hard to swallow

First a few min wait to order when I'm the only car in line.. then upselling bacon and cheese.. then asking what kind of sauce I wanted... get to the 2nd window.. and then they say pull up to the white line... there waiting. Few more min.. get my food.. ride out 12min to get home.. to find... no sauces... no bacon and cheese.. no fries for one of my orders and some chicken fries I didn't order... get it together.... u have one job... not to be a complainer either.. but I drove 15min passing my house to get there... WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAT ONE AGAIN... nice as hell while asking for your order.. but can't execute in the end...

Do yourself a favor go to another burger king. This location the employees don't care about serving good food. Bun was untoasted and whopper was not cooked on both sides. No grill lines on both sides. It was cold and the cheese was still not melted. Burnt cold onion rings.

The lady running the drive thru was amazing, super sweet and kind, and our food was delicious
Be careful about ordering online. I placed my order online, paid for it, drove to get it, only to be told they didn’t have it! Milkshake and ice cream machines both down! They refused to give me my money back!!! Told me I needed to go through the app. to get my money back! After 3 days they tell me they will give me back $4.25 of the $5.63 I gave them. Strange.

Just wanted to say I saw something go down between a manager and a customer that, being a manager myself, I would never approve of. It was a simple fix that was ignored by lack of caring for the customer.

Horrible, the chicken was over cooked, fries made in old oil, bacon tasted like old oil. Place was dirty floor was so sticky, tables dirty, fountain drink area all nasty. All young employees need to retrain staff to do better.
