I just moved out to Brooksville and have now been to this Burger King 3 times, each time I ordered exact same order, each time order wrong in a different way after waiting 10+ min with only two cars in line.
Each time I have gone in to replace my order they still returned the order to be wrong in various ways each time.
I swear, I have never had a 100% failure rate at any restaurant but if I go a fourth time I guarantee it will still be wrong. 2/27 Went for a fourth time, wanting a spicy chicken.....plain with only extra red sauce and double cheese I got spicy chicken with lettuce, tomatoes no cheese and white sauce........ Disappointing, order can't get easier than this and still managed to screw it up

So when using coupons in the app 9 out of 10 times it's a nightmare I had a free whopper and fry one with rewards another with points I get the 8 piece cheese bites for 3$ and somehow my order is almost 7 the person taking the order says oh that's the tax.... no it's not your telling me taxes on 3$ is another 4$ come on. I'd rather you just be honest and admit your ignorance and the app wasn't working or something along the lines. Not make up my tax was 4$.

Well, I have passed by this Burger King location the past two days at various times during the daylight hours and it appears to be closed. Not sure if permanently or temporarily closed.
I saw no vehicles at this location and the Burger King sign(s) are removed from the side of the roadway, and the building.
The app/website doesn't mention any information (updates) about the location's operational situation.
Maybe there's direct information on the windows...?
Just saying what I've noticed. Because it's been at least a couple of months now, since I've been to this location passing through.

Update/downgrade to my previous review. There have been changes. Very slow service, luke warm food, unkempt dining area. Second visit with these issues. Clearly short staffed with stressed employees. Will probably give this establishment one more chance because of long history of 5⭐ performance. Feel bad for employees.

Just tried the new whopper with bacon onion rings ,onion crisp and BBQ. Not sure the name but the Whopper was massive. The manager was very pleasant to talk to .

I placed a mobile order and it was sent to the wrong location. I understand it was my mistake but they didn't try to help me at all or offer anything. I paid in full for my order and I couldn't go across town to there other location without being late for work. I have a job in fast food too and I know that isn't how you deal with people. Just had to spend a bunch more money to have food delivered to me at work. Thanks a bunch Burger King!
You have to be stupid to believe the good reviews on here One car through drive-thru and after 10 minutes they're still leaving me at the speaker I suggest a new district manager needs to be over the store This is ridiculous

The food is consistently mediocre. This time, we found a date sticker on our hamburger patty, which raises concerns about cross-contamination. It seems that people no longer care about their responsibilities at work. Why is that? It's because they aren’t held accountable for their actions.
