So this was my 1st time here. It was good. Not great or spectacular. It was clean, the food was tasty, and the waitress was nice and attentive. It might not be at the top of my list of options but its on the list. It's better than Applebee's but not Chili's.

Stayed away from Cheddars for over a year due to poor service. My wife and I went last night (8/8/25) for dinner. We sat at the bar like we always do and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from bartender Brandon. He was on top of his game with food service and drinks - food was excellent; we had Salmon and Whitefish along with their specialty drinks. WE WILL BE BACK.

I’ve never had a problem with the service or food. Cheddar’s is comfort food and reasonably priced.

After church, 13 of us had lunch here. The food and service were stellar. Ryelynn, our waitress was so attentive to all of us and was an excellent waitress! The food was delicious and we’d highly recommend this restaurant.

Horrible dining experience tonight. The Cajun Alfredo was watery and pasta was mush. I've had better frozen dinners. Even after I sent it back once it came out still too soft to eat. I shouldn't have to explain that to the restaurant manager in front of my whole family trying to have a nice dinner with how to cook pasta. I didn't want to send it back a 3rd time as this was a birthday dinner. I didn't want to be the ruin it, but I didn't have a chance. The service was so bad I can't list the details here. The worst part was that they even forgot that it was a birthday. No song, No cake. We even heard them sing to another table but not us.. At that point we paid our bill for the whole family, tipped well.and smiled all the way out to try to ease the stress of a ruined young ladies birthday dinner..

Service was quick and efficient food was delicious aswell

Absolutely love this location. Never had any issues before. Today there was a mishap with my order due to an uber driver taking my order before I came to pick mine up. The server that came out and the manager were both amazing. Super kind and apologetic even though it wasn't their fault! 10/10 will definitely be back!! Food tastes fantastic as well.

Spent $50 last night on curbside. Waited 10 minutes after putting on the website what number parking spot I was in, nobody was in a parking spot, just me. They didn’t answer for 5 minutes and got told “sorry here’s some chips with no queso”. The steaks were TERRIBLE, cheese fries was awful and when we spoke to the manager next day…. All that was done was a small amount gift card or to get refunded for just the steaks. We go here often, was just here a week ago and food was decent. Would never come back because of the experience of dealing with the manager. Dealing with the manager just proves how terrible this area is and why the food/service is usually poor.

Amazing price for the quality of food. Service was fast and servers were friendly. Cheese curds were fantastic as an appetizer!

My husband and I were in the area on 7/9 Wednesday and decided to eat there for lunch. We both got the potato soup and was surprised that even it taste good the potatoes were less than half cooked. Please don’t uncooked food even if you are out at the time. I should have brought it to the manager’s attention but wasn’t sure if y’all did that all the time.

Have been there three times and the experience is always great . Love the fried chicken . The croissant rolls are so tasty .
