I am very disappointed that lettuce salads (like the classic salad) are no longer available. For those who looking for gluten free options, or those trying to reduce carbs, this limits the options tremendously. It seems as this was a local decision of removing lettuce salads. Despite the good service and the yummy food, I will need to look elsewhere for meals outs.

It’s not your usual fast food. Fast counter service but not fast food. Many varieties of chicken salad on your choice of breads or croissant. Their soups are delicious. Try their lemonade, a great alternative to soda. Always clean bright and welcoming. I 🩷this place.

The choices are awesome. So many combinations that I've tried new combinations of chicken salad at every visit and never disappointed. It's one of my favorite go to places for a delicious healthy meal or snack. Plus you can get prepackaged saled to take away.
But of tomato and barley even a piece of lettuce . Lazy manager had 0 care . Why even offer lettuce and tomato’s if you can’t provide. Absolutely terrible customer service and meal.

I placed a takeout order at Chicken Salad Chick and requested a Scoop Plate with two sides, which is clearly priced at $12.48. However, when I got home and reviewed my receipt, I discovered that Matthew rang up a one-side Scoop Plate for $9.99, then charged an additional $3.59 for the second side—bringing my total to $13.58 before tax.
That’s an overcharge of $1.10, and I never consented to being charged a la carte. I had no interaction with Matthew, and the discrepancy was only discovered after the store had closed, leaving me no opportunity to address it directly.
This type of misring—whether careless or deliberate—is deceptive and unfair. Worse still, part of my order was missing entirely despite being charged for it. Charging more than the listed price and failing to provide the full order is unacceptable and potentially fraudulent.
I will be reporting this to corporate and initiating a chargeback through my credit card issuer for the overcharged and missing items. This experience was disappointing and needs to be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers.
I've attached photographic evidence of them overbilling me and my two sides missing. We won't be coming back, and we'll be burning the annual coupon book while we are at it.

I've tried making chicken salad at home, but there's really no need for that when you can go to here and have a dozen options! I went here a with a client and we returned a couple weeks later to do it again 😁 I'm a fan of the version that has the cranberries, walnuts- I usually have it on a croissant or with crackers. The service is always stellar, the food is consistently tasty and fresh. The food and sides are all generous portions too.
