If you guys need an awesome waitress ask for Rosie. She is awesome. She always makes me and my family feel welcomed when we come to this location. She is awesome with my kids 6 and 8. We will be asking for her everytime we come here to eat. Thank you Rosie for being awesome. Also the atmosphere is pretty relaxing.

We had a waitress by the name of J I'm going to play it safe and I'm going to put one letter because I did not ask for the spelling of her name everybody was professional food was good everything was clean it's just a good atmosphere they were very attentive she was extremely attentive to me and my family hopefully she will be serving you and she will be there for a long time you don't find good service like that just anywhere I am extremely satisfied
The food can improve a lot, is not bad but is just average

This restaurant must have poor management. Our soup came out before we even got silverware. It was about 3:30 p.m. and nobody was in the place. So I guess no one was working. Waited 15 minutes for crappy fried chicken sandwich. No seasoning it was just gross. Service sucked and misleading with"happy hour." I specifically ordered a well wine and got charged for a brand name. This place has really gone downhill over the years. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Nobody needs all that abuse.$$$

Food and lunch service were both terrible and the "General Manager" didn't even come to our table after I sent back my steak meal. The server forgot my drink and appetizer completely and didn't even offer an apology. Certainly lost my family as customers. It was ridiculous and the "General Manager" acted like he was doing me a service by not charging me for the meal. Are you kidding me?

Never a big fan of chilli's but we went to other night because we had some friends in town and I must say chilli's really stepped up their game. I wouldn't do the texas cheese fries again though.

We visited on Wednesday 11/13/2024 for our daughter's birthday. I was VERY disappointed with the experience we had there. My daughter ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta and asked for the shrimp to be plane with no seasoning. It was sent back 2 times before it was done right. At the end of our meal, we mention it was our daughter birthday. The waitress proceeded to ask what she wanted for a dessert. My daughter asked for the lava cake. We didn't notice until after getting the bill that we were charged $9.89 for what we thought was a birthday treat. This was very disappointing, to say the least. Don't think we will be back.

Went here with my Dad for the Veterans Day special. We were greeted and my father was thanked for his service. Jayden brought us to our table. She was a real sweetheart. She noticed that my dad was walking slow with a cane and she walked us very slowly back to our table to make sure my dad could keep up. I was very appreciative of that. Our server Brittany was very prompt, attentive and friendly. The restaurant was packed, but the staff was on point. The food was great! Everyone was really doing an amazing job! We had a great experience and will definitely return!
