Go to Evergreen Chinese food, they appreciate your business. Stopped in and ordered pork fried rice with chicken, and bean sprouts. No carrots, no peas and got kung pao chicken instead. When I told the lady that is not what I ordered, she argued with me many times with a bad attitude. I ended up offering to pay for the rice that I originally ordered and she still kept insisting that I ordered, Kung pao chicken, her bad attitude included even scowling at me, I ended up leaving the store with no food and no refund. Very bad customer service. She always has an attitude I only go there occasionally because of her attitude but after this I will never go back.

We've ordered from here several times, usually after a long day of appts and errands. We've ordered in person and over the phone, it's gotten to the point that we will not eat from there anymore. The lady who answers the phone is the same lady when you pick up your food. She always has a bad attitude. Over the phone she never gives you a chance to finish ordering and she keeps rushing you constantly asking if you're done. She talks over you and speaks way too fast. I understand there's a slight language barrier but that's not the main issue. Her attitude completely turns you off automatically. Not worth the hassle.

It was my first and probably last time going there. My food was good, but the lady working the register made me feel like i was interrupting her day or I inconvenienced her by coming in. I hope their business succeeds, but I don't see myself going back anytime soon. There are many other Chinese restaurants around.

Order was not correct, the chicken chow mein was terrible, egg drop soup was thick gel and tasteless.Called I thought they would at least make our order right drive back and she did not have it ready, said she would give us 10 % off.I ordered boneless spare ribs and received bbq spare ribs , and I even had my ticket from them showing it was wrong.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. The staff member I interacted with was impatient and rude when I needed assistance. When my order was incorrect, instead of helping resolve the issue, they responded with an attitude. This lack of customer service was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment based on my experience
Great tasting dinners. Great prices. Lunch plates have reasonable prices. Food is delicious.

They don't take orders right I got my order back it was a takeout order and she wants me to bring it back in is she crazy yes I swore at her because she's rude don't listen to the order take people's money and don't even check if the order is right so I advise everybody not to go there or check your food before you leave

Ive always gotten food that was excellent. Service is quick, and pleasant. The food is flavorful and excellent. We have been going here for years. They give you plenty for your money. Worth it. We travel over 20 miles to buy their food.

Love their food! I mostly order out, so the atmosphere isn't really a concern for me. I think they have about 4 or 5 tables inside to eat if you're out & about. Enjoy! Great combination meals.

Just ordered three meals and all were horrible. Hunan chicken had no flavor, bland and boring, barely any chicken. Shrimp lo mein.... Barely any sauce and very dry. Orange chicken was meh. Lady at the counter was rude. No duck sauce or hot mustard provided. I will be avoiding this place in the future, you'd be smart to as well.
