Not sure who is running this place. You need to have a sit down with your management team. Every time we come in there, the counters are always messy. It's never consistent when it comes down how much food you'll get. They're always running out of food. You'd think at this point you know when you have your peak moments that you'd stock up for it. All I can do is hope that you guys get better and learn from this.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It sucks because it is the only one close to my home but they are consistently inconsistent. Last time I went I got chips and queso on the side and they double charged me for queso and guaq. Ended up paying $34 for one burrito, small drink, and small chips w/ queso. I went for lunch today and everything I asked for they only gave me half scoops. The burrito I had was embarrassingly small and I still had to pay $23 for my meal. And when I was finished they never put any trash cans out! They were open for well over an hour and there were no trash cans to put any trash in. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go there.

Holy crap. I just ordered from here and got home and wow. Portion is half the size of what it us to be. I feel either u get less if you order to go or maybe it's always like this. I won't order from this location again. Portion is not worth the price.

Drove from Spring Hill to Brooksville to get burrito bowls. Waited in line behind about 8 people. When it was our turn, the employee shrugged his shoulders and said, “we’re out of rice”. We asked him how long and he asked someone behind him who said, it would be 20 minutes. We walked out along with half of the line behind us.

Food was amazing. I came to this chiptole because typically I don’t have any issues here and it’s the closest to where I live. Only thing bad about this place was the customer service and their dining room. Specifically the woman in the picture did not have a name tag so I have no clue who she is but I can only assume she is a manager of some sort. She was so focused on her food portioning and the employee’s next to her that she was not paying attention to what the customer in front of her was saying when she was talking to the customer in front of her, that I had to repeat myself 3 different times and when she gave me and my boyfriend our burritos she did not put it on the presser. Not only this she gave me a half of a scoop of rice and when I had politely asked her for more rice and she did not like that very much. Prior to her not listening to me, when my dad who was in front of me asked her about her food portioning on his chicken because she did not give the right food portioning (half of a scoop) she then made it seem like he was crazy and that it was right and he had to pay for double chicken which he was ok with he was just trying to ask why there was a difference between the customer in front of him and his bowl of chicken portioning. From the get go she did not have the best attitude and it’s understandable because they were a little busy before we had came in but she shouldn’t treat her customers a certain way due to her being frustrated that they are busy. Not to mention the dining room was completely trashed when we first came in, I seen another set of customers wiping their own tables so they could eat with hand sanitizer and paper towels so they ate somewhere clean.

Picked up a catering order. Only half complete. Had to argue with on duty manager till he admitted he forgot to print half the order. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20 I already had. Never an apology. The young man at the register said they were having a very bad day. I was very disappointed in their idea of service and hospitality.

THE STATE OF THIS STORE IS DISGUSTING AND FRANKLY A HEALTH HAZARD! Save your money, eating here isn’t worth the risk. I wish I could upload photos so you could see the mold and dead bugs. A current employee told us that during this season the bugs come in and they can’t help it … WHAT CALL AN EXTERMINATOR. Sick you guys need help.

It seems to be a new manager on duty the last two weeks. Horrible attitude problem that's trickling down to customer service. I've also had to be refunded twice for items I didn't buy but they tried to charge me for anyway. I also had an employee take my husband's salad out of my hand and try to throw it away while I was making sure it was his salad because they put the next customers order in my bag to which I had already given back to them. Whatever change has happened isn't good. It was a great location prior.
