Employees were courteous and quick to help. Food was cooked well and tasted fresh.

Only fault was the dining area did not look well kept. All the tables needed a wipe down, teas were about gone, no silverware. Just needs a little more attention there.

Me and my boyfriend went in there. His name was Michael W on the receipt. We walked in around 9 o’clock to pick up our order after we got a text saying our order was ready and we walked inside and it wasn’t ready so we waited another 5 to 10 minutes And they still weren’t putting anything out so we walked up to the counter and asked them about our order and they said that they were out of chicken so they asked if we wanted steak instead and we said yeah, that was fine so she went up and started making the order well she finally said she was done and handed us our bag and in our order it said it was gonna all be in one bag anyway, so we didn’t think anything of it and we took the bag left and went all the way home and then after we drove 30 minutes home with the bag, we looked inside and it said Mike C and was nothing that we ordered it was a completely wrong order with a bunch of stuff we didn’t even like and that we wouldn’t even eat and there was no way where we were gonna be able to drive 30 minutes back so we just Order DoorDash from somewhere else the lady even asked if it was a DoorDash order and we said no it was our personal order that we ordered online and she still gave us the wrong order.

It's usually on point. But somebody must have overcooked the white rice because it was really hard and really gross. I got my burrito around 6:00 p.m. the rice definitely ruined the whole burrito didn't feel like going back to fix it. Didn't finish it because the rice was an edible. I have no problem going back but I'll have to try it in the parking lot in case I get old hard rice again.

I was there for opening and the tables were filthy from the day before. The kid serving on the food line had a hat with old crusty food on it. Clearly health department violations. The floors are filthy with food droppings when they open so no cleaning at end of day. Unsanitary and disgusting.

This visit is the last time I eat at Chipotle. Dirty tables, puddles on floor. The staff is unhappy about serving, and highly unskilled in simply folding a burrito. The past 3 visits the burritos have been extremely wet, sloppily folded, and extremely unappetizing. All that for $15 for a burrito. Cmon?! Next time I will patronize a local taco truck who will gladly take my business with a thank you amd a smile. This was on a Sunday, 8/3, at 5 pm if corporate is interested.

Last time ordering from here, the place is ALWAYS dirty as heck i dont get it. They'll bring out fresh food but still use the same crusted serving spoons with old food caked on them from who knows how long in the day. Past 2 times ordering a bowl for dinner after 7pm the next morning I am literally glued to the toilet all day like the scene from dumb and dumber. Place needs to shut down, do a deep clean, and retrain with a focus on some sort of cleanliness standard.

I’ve visited this location many times over the past few years, but unfortunately, the quality of service and cleanliness has declined significantly. On my most recent visit, the state of the restaurant was extremely disappointing—the food prep station alone was so unkempt that I genuinely considered leaving.

Despite my hesitation, I proceeded with my order. The staff appeared disoriented and unengaged, struggling with basic questions and responding in a dismissive, even rude manner throughout the checkout process.

After paying, we went to the sauce and drink station, only to find that most utensils were missing, there was no ice available, and trash was scattered across the area.

With so many better options nearby, I see no reason to return to this location. I strongly urge management to take this and similar reviews about cleanliness and service seriously.

I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, but the one in Brooksville was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the cashier’s rude and dismissive attitude set the tone. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant were unacceptable.

When I tried to check in for my drink, I was met with eye-rolling and entitled behavior, as if I was inconveniencing them. It genuinely felt more like walking into a rundown hangout than a professional establishment.

There was no ice available, and when I asked, the cashier sarcastically responded, “You want ice?”—knowing full well they were out. It was clear the staff lacked professionalism and motivation, behaving more like a group of friends annoyed to be working than a team serving customers.

This location reflects poor upper management and a lack of oversight. With so many other dining options nearby, I won’t be returning—and I strongly suggest this location be audited for basic operational standards.
