I had to give one star for poor customer service due to the staff being so rude for no reason that takes my appetite away. I get it’s busy and the line goes to the door but no need to take all your frustrations on the customer . Chipotle do better , and hire more staff.

I had alot of fat in my chicken. Which is the worst for me as I am very picky about my food textures. We don't eat Chipotle but maybe 3 or 4 times a year and this was 2nd time this year and both times my food was full of alot of fat that I couldn't chew. The guy preparing our meals was having a bad day too and let it be known. If I go back it will be a veggie bowl only.

I don't normally have issues at this chipotle but today sucked. I ordered tacos with just chicken and cheese which is a chicken 3point which you can't choose on the app but I don't mind paying that extra bit. Yall gave me a sprinkle of chicken on all these tacos. These scraps wouldn't even feed a child. Then when I went in the tables were disgusting and covered in food that had fused as one with the tables.

Don't order delivery. Paid $25 for dbl meat chkn al pastor. Literally about 3-5 scraps of chkn. Not even a piece of chkn. All rice and cheese. Don't do it!!!!

Their ad brought us in but experience was not good..Food was average.Place was a huge mess!!Trash overflowing..Every table filthy..floors a mess!I took photo's but don't know how to include?

Place was a pig pen urine all over the seats and the toilets floors are filthy they wipe the tables off and throw everything on the floor The garbage is completely full no place to put it. Employees just go through the motions and if you ask them to do something it's like you ask them for a million dollars Great food not going there again health department needs to be notified. Dirtiest place that I've ever been in and each time we go it gets worse
They must be doing buffet cuts cause they’re really holding back on the portions. They throw in like two bites of chicken or steak with your rice. And then they charge you $14 for it. Last time I go to this chipotle.
