I’ve been going to this Cici’s since I moved to FL a couple of years ago and didn’t know you could request a pizza be made fresh until the manager kindly informed me tonight. I love going to this location with my kiddos, some customers might be gross and don’t wash their hands but the overall experience is worth it. The staff & restaurant is always copacetic.

No proper air conditioning. The moldy smell was bad. The parking lot is difficult to get into and the drains from the restaurant leave a wet smelly grease smear. I've been to other locations and have been severely discouraged by this one.

I recently visited the Cicis Pizza at 12109 Cortez Blvd in Brooksville, FL, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Having been to other Cicis locations in St. Petersburg and McMullen Booth Rd before, I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable difference in service and quality at this Brooksville spot.First off, cleanliness and friendliness were top-notch. Despite it being a busy senior citizen discount day, the staff ensured that the buffet remained fully stocked and the tables were promptly cleaned as soon as guests left. A special shoutout to the friendly young man donning a quirky pizza hat who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.The salad bar was impressive, although I missed having bacon bits. Nevertheless, the pizza and overall service were outstanding. Additionally, ample parking and spacious seating arrangements made the bustling atmosphere feel comfortable and inviting.Living on the Jacksonville side now, I can't help but wish the Orange Park location was even a fraction as exceptional as the one in Brooksville. This Cicis Pizza has truly set the bar high and has become my go-to choice whenever passing through town. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience!

I left a review months ago. This restaurant was not good and the food and service was horrible compared to when we went a month before. I read many other reviews of other dissatisfied customers. I want to leave this new one to give mad props for this business listening to the reviews and completely doing a 180. I love the new management. My son and I decided to give Cicis another try and glad we did. I am impressed at the improvements and glad I wasn't disappointed for a second time. Thank you Cicis for correcting the bad management you had previously. We shall be back.
