Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

2 of our 3 entrées were terrible. Pancakes were over cooked, bacon was undercooked. For the life of me, I can't figure out why you would send out a burned overcooked meatloaf. Then when the entire plate was sent back, they replaced the meatloaf but not the sides. So the sides were ice cold. Who wants to eat a semi-warm meatloaf and cold green beans and mash potatoes. The server hardly came around to check on our drinks or provide us extra napkins. It wasn't that busy of a Friday night. Of course, this happens everytime at this Brooksville Cracker Barrell off of I-75. Maybe they think locals hardly come in and it's more people just passing through town and they won't receive any complaints. This location needs to have better managers in their kitchen and store. It seems like no one is really paying attention to detail. Even when we order for pickup, we're missing items - i.e. entrée, desserts etc. and it's consistent. It's terrible!!!

Brroksville, FL The last 3 times we have gone to eat the food was over and under cook. Fish was extremely dry. Shrimp was undercooked. Steak was over cooked. Sides were cold. Biscuits and corn bread were great! Lunch and dinner server's we great but made order mistakes and said they would correct the problems but never came back around. we have been going there since they opened years ago. So 😔 because it used to be a nice place to go with the family.

I ordered the barrel cheeseburger to go and it should have come with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. It only had the cheese on it. The bun was super greasy, I do get that it may be hard to keep from happening. The pick up time said 45 minutes, I got there 10 minutes early and the food was already cold. The burger did taste good once I added my own mayo. Don't advertise a burger a certain way and just leave half the stuff off. I would suggest checking your order before you leave.

Please go back to the classic menu that made Cracker Barrel the famous go-to for good comfort food. Removing the roast beef was the final straw for us.

Delicious, super easy and out for parking. We stopped in with our 40' 5th wheel parked in the truck stop next door but there is RV parking at this CB!

Food was absolutely delicious but it was a very busy and service was very slow which is more aggravating when travelling and many miles to cover.

Had the veggies plater, my sister had the turkey. We both lived both meals, then shopped around the country store for way to long. Love this place.

We were seated immediately although it was a busy time. Jason, our server, was excellent. The manager, another Jason, stopped by to say our order was ready. He brought it out right away. It's so nice to see a manager helping the staff. The food was delicious. We LOVE Cracker Barrel!
