The build your own burger was fun, delicious, and surprisingly affordable - for all you get (onion rings and drink). Their signature root beer is great. Finally, I had the Mixer with the flavor of the day Raspberry and Cheese cake. I couldn't believe the large cheese cake pieces. My two mixers were Carmel and fudge. Ridiculously delicious.

Everyone just needs employees the hell with quality. Second time I've eaten a cold sandwich I mean your whole spill is made hot when you order. Was i supposed to bite into the sandwich and be like oh well cold old sandwich is what it is..geeez you had to know and still shot it out knowing you whole spill is MADE TO ORDER

The food is always good, fresh and hot. However, this may seem petty but labeling the boxes deluxe, butter or any other style would be appreciated. Went through drive through my son handed out meals when he got home. Did not realize he had wrong burger and devoured. Me I really wanted a butter burger not a deluxe. I wanted the extra cholesterol lol. Everyone still enjoyed the delicious food no complaints. But could we please get packaging differential. Thank you sorry for mini tent.

I normally would not give a fast food restaurant five stars, however this place has excellent food, an unbelievably friendly service people they were more than willing to explain everything to us they did not try to rush us and they even bring the food to the table for you. If you wanted to you could just sit at the table and order your food from there and they would bring it to you. And that service and attitude that I do not get from any other fast food restaurant therefore these guys are my new favorite

We come to this location a lot, for the most part without problems. However, on 10/30/24 approximately 9pm, we ordered 4 burger meals and custards to go. It took much longer than usual to get food. The young staff was obviously being foolishness and talking about inappropriate things at a loudness the customers could hear. Eating our burgers on the way home we discovered all 4 burgers were scant on condiments to the point you couldn't even taste them. Also, the buns where crunchy. I have never had a crunchy burger bun at Culver's previous to today. We also order the Turtle Dove custard. There were so many pecans in it that you could not even taste the custard, pecan to custard ratio was well out of proportion. Owners need to check into what's going on with night shift. We were very disappointed.
