The first day I went they got my order wrong but the second day everything was better so I’m happy for that. I love the fries!

I normally would not give a fast food restaurant five stars, however this place has excellent food, an unbelievably friendly service people they were more than willing to explain everything to us they did not try to rush us and they even bring the food to the table for you. If you wanted to you could just sit at the table and order your food from there and they would bring it to you. And that service and attitude that I do not get from any other fast food restaurant therefore these guys are my new favorite

We come to this location a lot, for the most part without problems. However, on 10/30/24 approximately 9pm, we ordered 4 burger meals and custards to go. It took much longer than usual to get food. The young staff was obviously being foolishness and talking about inappropriate things at a loudness the customers could hear. Eating our burgers on the way home we discovered all 4 burgers were scant on condiments to the point you couldn't even taste them. Also, the buns where crunchy. I have never had a crunchy burger bun at Culver's previous to today. We also order the Turtle Dove custard. There were so many pecans in it that you could not even taste the custard, pecan to custard ratio was well out of proportion. Owners need to check into what's going on with night shift. We were very disappointed.

They were one of the few places open after the hurricane came though and were very busy. We didn't mind the somewhat longer wait since it was air conditioned.

I ordered a Cod Flt the day 10/10/2024 at 5:45pm at Culvert’s Brooksville location, ordered id: AAAYYYMJAACC2.My burger meat was very thing for the money I pay. Very diferent of what they advertised and the excused they gave me was, that is what you got. I have pictures I can send you with the bill. Please let me know what I can do? Thanks

My brother and I love to come here, it’s our favorite place for lunch! Food and service is always great. And I love that they hung up the American flag pallet signed by veterans - our grandad signed it last year and it’s pretty cool that every time we visit we can search for his name! Came in today around 1:30, and Josh was especially kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you very much! ?
Josh, dude with the scraggly beard and glasses, in the drive through needs to lose his attitude or be retrained on how to treat customers. Was extremely rude to my (first time customer) mother while she was trying to order and cut us off multiple times with our total while we still trying to order more food. Customer service was trash just like his attitude. What a great impression… NOT. Go have a bad day somewhere else Josh. Positive attitude is always good on the job.
