It has been a month and a half, I still haven't heard from the owner, which I asked that if we can talk or meet, I did send email. It just don't understand how could you deny someone service and you still as an owner not manager or assistant Manger you don't reach out , even with a phone call. I think you need to know how my experience went down , bc I always did say nothing but good stuff and experience about your place

Me and the family try to come here at least once a month or so. The food is always great and the customer service is as well.
We wanted to give a shout-out to Willie that is always there working so hard. You can tell he has his full heart into it and is really making a difference with his presence. Always friendly and going above and beyond. It's really hard to find good people like this and I hope he gets the opportunity to keep moving forward with the company. Hopefully the owner here lets Willie read his reviews that he gets because he deserves to see what a difference he is making in the community. Keep up the great work 👍

This Culver's has clean tables and chairs; however the floor around the soda machine was extremely sticky. My shoes got stuck to the floor when I tried to get water from the soda machine. The floor layout is great where each table gives a feeling of privacy. Love the concept. It feels like a restaurant rather than fast-food place. I got Chili Chedder fries medium for $4.79. The fries were fresh, cheesy, crispy on outside and gooey on the inside. I wish the fries were thinner, but it would not be Culver's style. I couldn't taste chili at all. I still recommend these fries, but these are four stars not five. I also wanted a Pumpkin Pecan Fresh Frozen Custard and it turned out to have real milk in it, so I did not try it. I asked the employee if any custerds had dairy free milk, like coconut, oatmeal, or almond. Unfortunately, none in this location. The employee assisting me was very nice and brought me Nutrition and Allergen Guide making sure I will not have allergies from cheese. So nice and caring.
