Delicious food and fast service. 5 stars review to Jayden from the drive through who was very professional and helpful. He really made a difference in our experience.
I went into Culver’s to pick up an order, I ordered online for my family. I walk in, they tell me that they were still working on the order, it was all ice cream by the way. I look at the screen, there’s absolutely no orders on it, so I just waited. The employees weren’t even working, they were to busy arguing with each other on how to spell the name “Shawn”, they were just laughing the whole place up while I’m sitting there, wasting my time for an order that should have been ready by now, the cooks were doing nothing, just asking whose gonna close tonight, still there is nobody in the ice cream area making the custard. I stand there for about another twenty five minutes, I’m already getting upset because nobody seems to actually want to do their job and make the custard, all of a sudden they finally looked at me again and ask “what was the order again?” I tell them the name and it was all custard, turns out it was sitting there the entire time. This is absolutely unacceptable, the entire time I was just waiting for the order while they had no idea that the ice cream THAT THEY MADE by the way, was ready to be picked up. This is awful service, I will not be letting my family come here again or even recommend this place to any of my friends until you hire actual workers who are getting payed for doing their own job, I will not be coming here again, because these employees were just rude and awful.

Employees couldn't take the time to make the order correctly.Or to make sure you had everything to eat your order. The fish was very small and very greasy.On the bottom , the fries were good. I think any fish place should carry malt vinegar.

Trying out Culver's for the very first time, I had the Mushroom and Swiss burger combo and it was fantastic!! Fresh and ready to serve. Also, tried the fried cheese curds and they were great! Will definitely come back next time

Culver’s, usually I’m a fan, but I have to tell you - your fish sandwich sucks. I’ve tried it twice now, just in case the first time was a fluke. It’s a good size piece of fish, but the sandwich is soggy, bland and tasteless. Both times.
McDonald’s makes a better fish sandwich. Which is just sad.
This is my third time to this Culver’s. Each time as I said my order, it was repeated back to me correctly yet all 3 times the burgers came back with nothing on them. Nothing! We’re done. If the employees can’t fill a simple order, I fear for their future.
