Best deal on pizza anywhere as far as I'm concerned. Staff friendly, polite, and professional. Trainees gave us wrong pizza so they immediately made another and gave to us another free. Highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered an order of breadsticks and an extra dipping sauce I received neither of the marinara or the garlic butter When I called the store I was on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody answered very dissatisfied I think hungry Howie's would do a better job

If you want your order to include a burnt pizza and your order wrong then please go here. Oh and don’t bother asking the “manager” DJ for resolution because he will offer you a credit back to only use at the same location that you got the initial garbage from. Even though the money I paid is not only restricted to that one location but I digress.
Please drive a little further and order from the County Line location because they have NEVER DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered last night they said about 13 it's. Ready in 5 minutes. Cold when I got it home. Leads me to believe they had one sitting there and just added a couple ingredients to it. Very disappointed.

If no stars was an option than that is what this location deserves. I ordered thru their app at 530pm The app said my order was ready at 546pm. After arriving at 6pm I was told that the order was not ready. After waiting and asking when it would be ready I was informed that they were working on it. They never made my order. I was told by the employee that they were not making online orders at 645pm. At 730 I asked again when my order would be ready as I was there in person & ordered 2 hours ago. I was then told by the female employee that they did not care. I left. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Thank you Domino's Brooksville for refusing to serve me and informing me that you don't care. Apparently the staff at this location do not understand how business works - great job on customer service and retention. For anyone thinking of ordering Domino's in Brooksville, please remember that they have verbally declared that they only make the orders they want to & don't care about anyone else.

Ordered online, curbside pick up pizza. It was full of onions! I didn't order onions and I don't each onions. I called and had them remake a pizza without onions. They did, but forgot to put the cheese blend I ordered on it. I asked if they could just put the cheese on it and I'll take it like that. The girl responded she would have to make me another one, she couldn't serve a raw ingredient. I told her I didn't have time and left. I get home, the pizza is doughy and sides are uncooked. I agree with the last post. Unsanitary, food prep with no gloves, no washing hands. Stop to take a phone order, then take someone's cash for pickup and go right back making pizza.😔
They won't be getting my business pizza hut is way better spent 70 dollars on 2 medium pizzas and 12 wings threw half of it away to burnt couldn't even ear it call up there told them told me they couldn't do nothing then hung up on me

A disgusting group of workers. The woman made me a pizza without gloves, and I politely asked her to make me another one because I'm pregnant, but she ignored me. They should be more hygienic. I won't be back, and be careful when ordering because what I saw while that woman was working was disgusting.
