I recently visited this Dunkin location and was very disappointed by what I witnessed. The owner spoke to an employee in an extremely unprofessional and degrading manner, right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and it created a very negative atmosphere. Other staff members mentioned that this type of behavior happens often. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, and this experience left me not wanting to return. In the end the employee was fired while I was sitting in my vehicle. This should not be tolerated!!!!

I walked in on 7/22/25 and ordered 2 large ice coffee with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar in both and i specified that. One was correct, other than being bitter, the other one didn't have any liquid sugar in it. And it was bitter as well. I go there quite often and usually my orders are correct. I don't normally complain but I bragged about this place and that code that wasn't right was for a friend. I was disappointed and so was he.

Preordered and paid for donuts for a work party. Had to leave work and drive to the shop the day I ordered because they do not answer the phone. Went to pick paid order up the next morning and it was never filled. They had to take donuts out of the counter display. Left voicemail with owner and they never called back. Definitely won’t give them business in the future Exact reason why I hate Dunkin and love Starbucks. No accountability of staff.

If I could give no stars I would, absolutely the rudest manager named Cody the old lady Anita at the window along with the entire staff ! I ordered my drink tried giving it to me. I said that’s not how I ordered it. Try charging me for it. I told him I don’t want it because I Know how I order my drink has instead of saying sorry our Mistakethe manager, Cody went over and dumped it out in the sink because he was worried about the $.80 that he would be given away and said he threw it away Told him I want my money back and then told him I wanted my money back on the food that I ordered never ever again horrible service, rude as can be ! Cody Shane on you Anita at your age, you should be way more kinder than what you are. No disregard for customer. Service whatsoever will never ever return to the store again and if they are providers of the other Dunkin’ Donuts down the road and in Walmart, I’ll write reviews for them as well !!

Worst experience of my life I am here in town due to my mother dying and desperately needed a coffee from lack of sleep and they had five employees and they were all standing there laughing and talking on their phones while we waited on our food which one was snacking bacon only and I finally asked for a refund and said we’re on a time crunch and she goes oh my bad let grab it and makes a face and goes oh it was just sitting there he didn’t give it to me “another employee” it was just sitting on table with a smirk I hope nobody has to ever deal with that why there mom is dying in icu
2 stars only because there was 1/5 staff members actually working. The rest act like they are stoned or something as slow as they work. Literally taking 30 seconds for each scoop of powder into the drinks and even couldn’t count all the way to 4 for those. Definitely not understaffed, it took 25 minutes to get an order when there was no one in front of me. Absolutely pitiful, unbelievable, inconceivably slow and order still wrong.
