The bathrooms are very disgusting, it's disgusting to visit the place.

Super slow service. They can take 10min just on one order.
If you try to go inside to avoid the long line in the drive thru they will completely ignore you.
They sell items on their mobile app that they do not currently have in stock. How come other places like Wawa and Starbucks had figured out how to remove items from their app that they don't have in stock but Dunkin hasn't been. They will never offer a refund.

Been waiting for an hour and a half for 2 ice coffee and 2 beagles
Yesterday morning I went to pick up my order & the line was backed up far so I went inside. Upon entering I noticed the lobby was pretty backed up too so I just stood at the back of the line & waited.. I heard yelling, then realized I walked in to the store manager yelling at all the employees during a rush. Instead of helping his employees he was scolding them in front of everyone ! I was totally shocked because of this ! You do not scream at employees in front of customers for any reason ! I personally have issues with anxiety & due to his screaming I was honestly about to walk out without getting what I had already paid for. I am genuinely concerned for those employees, I’ve also heard this same “manager” runs the Dunkin on 50 as well. Such a shame because these employees deserve better !

I order through the app and pick up my food when I get there. It's auto paid on a credit card of your choosing - quick and easy. Friendly employees. Recommended for a quick bite.

I’ve currently been sitting in the drive through for 30 min. Waiting. Many people have just driven off and left. Someone just came outside and said there is only one person working. This type of thing happens all the time here. Even when they are fully staffed it’s like no one knows how to do their job and nothing comes out right. The consistency sucks at this location and there is only 4 employees that know how to do anything. Yet there is always new people here. They just put all this money into a store update but the employees can’t do their job. I wish this wasn’t the closest they place to get coffee. This is 100% an everyday thing.

I never really have a complaint for this store but, this morning I drove through and ordered my regular, a large ice coffee with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar and had a coupon, that expires today (9/28/24) for a free small ice coffee . I wasn't allowed to use the coupon. Normally when it says expires on a certain date is for the entire date. Why was i refused my free small ice coffee? Another thing, consistency,

Prices keep going up in the items keep getting smaller and their food is just no good coffee doesn't taste the same way overpriced you wouldn't believe the pup cup they just gave me and charged me over a dollar for it you can only stick your finger in the cup that's how big the cup was they are getting pathetic with raising their prices and the food of the quality going way down.. I used to go there every morning now I'm lucky if I go there once every month and after my experience this morning I don't think I might be back there ever

I usually avoid going to this location simply because they always mess up any custom drink order I give them. Today we stopped for convenience, and they made my drink completely wrong. Myself and 4 others from the drive thru had to go back in and have them remake our orders. It also took them 10 minutes to speak to us as we were waiting in the lobby. I recommend going to a different location entirely.
