We spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru line with only three cars in front of us. They only took one order at a time despite having at least five people working. Definitely not the place to stop if you are looking for quick.

I was here on November 29th, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.They had 0 donuts.They had 0 food other than that.They cooked the service will slow the management inefficient.My coffee was wrong.I will never go back

I went this morning, I ordered loaded hash browns with no bacon because I don’t eat bacon. When I got to the window to pay I noticed on my receipt it had bacon added so I waved the lady inside down and specifically asked that they please don’t put bacon on them. She said it won’t have any bacon, gives me my food and it’s covered in bacon so I gave it back. She tells me to pull forward and they will bring it out to me. When she finally brought it out she proceeds to tell me how I was suppose to pull around to the front of the building because I was causing back up with her little attitude, even tho she only told me to pull forward. I mentioned I specifically asked them to not put bacon on it before they even made it so all the fuss could have been prevented from the get go. She continued to give me attitude and I drove off. I’ve been trying to contact this store since I left this morning and nobody will answer the phone. I will not go back to this Dunkin location ever again and I am not happy. I would appreciate if a manager or corporate would contact me because every experience I’ve had at this location has been the same and it seriously needs a change.

Horrible service. The management there is the worst. They can't get cup sizes right or orders, then have attitudes when it's brought to their attention. Food has been given cold. They don't care about their customers. Every time we come to this location there's a issue. Lobby doors were locked during business hours so customers could not go inside and they ignored people trying to get in. Def won't be back to this location.

This will be my last time stopping here Period They have never had bagels They have only soda in the drink fridge and not many of those They had a total of maybe 50 doughnut's and roughly 5-6 various ones

I arrived at 12.30pm and I was told someone would be “right with me” and after 6 minutes
I left as nobody was “ “right with me”

There were five cars in the drive thru when I arrived and after I had stood and stretched my back, gone inside and waited and then walked out, the same five cars remained in line waiting Good luck

The service sucks, the choice sucks and this place is letting down the Dunkin brand Oh and their door is broken as there is a plastic sign wedging the door open with a hand written note saying “don’t let the door close as it locks upon closing
