Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, which after reading some of the comments here seems to be typical. Was finally greeted with a “hold on for a sec”. After a few more minutes I placed my order with “Jahkee”. Proceeded to the take out window where I watched a customer return an entire order through the window. After sitting in the drive thru line behind ONE CUSTOMER for literally 20 minutes, I watched the customer drive off in frustration. I received my iced latte with a long black hair placed smartly in the center of my whipped cream. My Boston creme donut looked like either the icing was licked off or they ran out. Terrible overall experience. I never leave reviews. Someone READ THE REVIEWS and restructure the employment at this establishment.

This dunkin is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced in my entire lifetime. They are slow, rude, and do not make orders properly. They need to manage this place better. It is not an insanely busy location either so there is no excuse. Corporate needs to do something about this location or shut it down.

This location is awful, avoid it at all costs. I’ve tried to order from here multiple times and they NEVER have large cups. The multiple times I’ve gone inside someone ends up walking out because they take way too long to take orders. They should probably have more than 3 employees operating the store. We walked out today after getting in line and the people in front of us were already waiting 20 minutes and hadn’t ordered yet.

Only must be one person working. Thr drive thru line was all way in the street and no one was moving. Seems like they are shirt handed. Would not reccommend this location if youre short on time

One of the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Went in a little before 11am & it wasn't busy at all. 1 person was cleaning, 1 was taping notes on the door, 2 were hiding in the back & the older lady that was filling donuts was the only person that even acknowledged the 2 other customers that walked in behind me. Finally 1 of the girls from the back came out & I said I had a mobile order, so they pull the tag to make it ( with attitude). One guy actually walked out. Customers don't want to be ignored.

The line was so long and the wait for regular coffee and donuts was crazy. They were so busy making all kinds of specialty drinks and cooking food that people who just wanted donuts and coffee were put in back of the line. They didn't even brew regular coffee until someone requested their money back because he'd been waiting over 20 minutes for a large regular coffee. It was absolutely ridiculous. I waited over 20 minutes too for 2 regular coffees and 1/2 dozen donuts

I won't say never again as things can always as I sure it will be the case for this store. It is the only one on my way to work. The wait time is terrible. Extremely slow pace in the morning. Over 10 minutes in the drive through to get a cup of coffee and a toasted bagel.

Was told there was no food available when they are literally cooking for the drive thru. Not happy with my experience here. Female was the one that told us this. Very unprofessional and bathrooms aren’t clean either

I was the only person waiting at the cash register and stood there for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving.
There was 1 poor guy running the entire store and he seemed focused on drive thru or Uber eats orders only. Please hire this guy some help.
