Thus, Dunkin Donuts had no AC, barely any donuts, and no coffee. The staff was doing the best they could, but they were miserable in the heat and dealing wth upset customers. I won't go back till fixed.

We stopped in early this morning and the lady whom waited on us was very friendly. We had a great customer service experience. I didn't get her name but I feel she should have an outstanding rating for the way she handled our order, and her polite attitude as well as amazing customer service experience. Thank you❤️

Probably THE WORST Dunkin in the area, turtle slow service, never staffed enough,, they actually closed the walk in and served drive thru only for a while, go to McDonald's across the street or better yet Breakfast Station just down the road heading east on 50

Guess there was a new employee working there today(?) as my order for a small hazelnut coffee was given to me without any cream, oh, and no hazelnut flavoring either. After returning it once for cream was bad enough, I didn't bother to try for a second attempt of him getting it right.Won't be back there again. I promise!

DONT RECOMMEND. I asked for avocado toast they gave me toast and barely any avocado on it. I also got a bagel with butter. They didn’t put butter on it they said: “ we can’t put butter on your bagel.” Well they might just take buttered bagels of the menu. I walk in and I order and I see one of the employees filling up their water bottle instead of making my order. Don’t go to the bathroom here either the toilet paper rolls are on the floor the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Food was not that warm.

Dietary restrictions: As a Dunkin employee myself in Alabama and I go to a lot of Dunkins around the US by far this is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I have been to the lady Elizabeth in the morning she was wonderful, very cheerful highly recommend
It’s crazy because it’s SO hot in there you can’t even sit in the lobby! I don’t see how they can justify having those employees in that heat, drenched with sweat, and handling food and drinks!? Just baffles me! This is Florida either have A/C or close your doors to customers until you do!

If I could put 0 I would. There was terrible customer service. Could not even order because they would not address us. Even the drive through cars left because they did not do their jobs. A man walked by and did not even address us to say they would be with us in a minute. There were no people AT ALL in this shop.
