I just can’t say enough good things about Emery Thompson! We purchased a CB-350 freezer and it is as good as advertised! Every one works there is amazing! Christi, Steve, and every single person I dealt with throughout the process! Everyone is very helpful and responsive. Best customer service I’ve experienced by far!! I’m still calling them almost on a daily basis with questions after I purchased the machine, and I felt my questions are welcomed every single time! Everything about purchasing our 24 quart, water cooled batch machine was perfect. The purchasing process, the delivery, the help with setup, all perfect.
I guess the most important part is the batch freezer. It is BEAUTIFUL. So easy to use and the product it makes is delicious.

After using a CB-200 over the past three years and having only to replace a couple of o-rings, I just upgrade to the CB-350. I would not use any other brand, having the manufacturer in the US and readily available to answer any questions is invaluable! Great customer service.
