At approximately 6:55 I entered the five guys and was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Brianna, who took my order and was very attentive even asked me if I wanted cheese on my burger cause I only ordered a bacon burger. I let her know no cheese she confirmed no cheese however for some reason, cheese was put on my burger. This is unsatisfactory. The cheese does not scrape off easily because it’s not real cheese. It’s cheese food, which is why I don’t eat that garbage. I tried to call the store back because I’m already in my pajamas and was ready to sit down and watch some TV and eat my burger without cheese. So disappointing I was left on hold for seven minutes. Meanwhile my food is getting cold. I deserve a refund or at least credited back a burger onto my ticket. My order number was 54. Today’s date is 825. My order was taken at 6:57 PM. I did take a picture of the cheese on the napkin in the trash. I paid cash so I’m not sure how I’ll get a refund unl as it will be given tomorrow because I’m not leaving the house a second time for the same meal.

The food is so yummy!
Its fresh, and literally worth the price in my option, they literally makes the best burger and give you EXTRA FRIES IN THE BAG. I got the cheese burger with an extra slice of cheese and it was so cheesy the cheese was peeking through the wrapper. Also I highly recommend trying this with some chick fil a sauce. Like it together is an unstoppable combination especially with the patty melt.

Food is always good, and prices have definitely gone up which I get it happens everywhere but when you start giving like 15 fries when I order a small fry.... its what like $5 for a small fry so theyre like 35 cents a fry at this rate, it's already a small cup and then you dont even fill the cup up? The fry portions have definitely drastically cut down on how often we order five guys. Also there was zero fries in the bag, this is all of them spread out.

Stopped in for lunch today, and had a couple of very tasty Hotdogs. Wasn’t aware they had dogs. One with Cheese, and the other had Cheese & Bacon. We also split an order of Fries. They were very good, and the Fries are the Best! The next time you want a Hotdog, give them a try. They split before grilling, which adds a ton of flavor!

This place has become a classic. And while a lot of people say it’s expensive, a regular fry is so large at least two people can share it. And for a double burger it’s really not that pricey at all. My burger and fries were outstanding. The service was great as always. Gotta love this place.

The staff is wonderful. As I am not a huge fan of burgers and a chicken person myself; the burger was pretty good. I would like to see a chicken option as my daughter wouldn't eat there. My son and uncle did enjoy the burgers and my uncle was the only one that liked the fries. The fries were overly greasy and too soft for my standards. We also all had milkshakes; I would not suggest if you have any type of stomach issues or sensitivity; as I will not be ordering a milkshake again from there (my preference). So, if you like burgers, fries, and milkshakes and can stomach all the grease; then this is the place for you. Ill grab chicken from somewhere else and make a special stop for my uncle and son next time. I will absolutely not be able to eat here due to food processing sensitivities. 😬🙄😟 Have fun, eat up, and grab the pepcid! Great job five guys as messy is always the best..just a past time for me now. 😆😁

This was the first time that I ate at 5 guys and didn’t like it. It was like the meat was different. I had 6 to 8 pieces of bone or hard muscle. Or knuckle. Bone fragment. Plus, it did not taste the same as I’ve had in the past. When youpay 25/$30 for a burger. I expected to be sirloin. Not ground chunk. Kick myself in the butt for not going to Carrabba‘s. They’re about the only decent place to eat around there anymore besides Chick-fil-A and they were closed. But to be honest, I’m not surprised five guys. You’re falling in the same category as every other fast food restaurant. The only difference is is your prices are way too high. I will not be going back to that one. How many Tri the one I normally go to again not saying I will after the bad experience I had today. Again, like I said this was the first time that I’ve ever had a bad burger there and normally love going there. It’s a treat to spend 30 bucks on a hamburger thank you.
