The food, the atmosphere and the service were all 10/10! The service is outstanding! Marley surely made our night, with the outstanding hospitality and professionalism! So many dishes to choose from and all of them taste heavenly, it’s so hard to choose which one you’ll want! I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place if you are in the area, the food is worth your buck!

Hey there! I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I’m thrilled to share it with you. It’s an absolute must-visit if you ever find yourself in west central Florida.

I recently visited on Friday evening, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. The place is so welcoming and authentic that it feels like you’ve stepped into someone’s backyard. They had an incredible spread of food, including all sorts of delicious sauces and sides. I couldn’t resist taking a huge sample of nearly everything to bring back home to my family (east central coast). They were absolutely raving about it!

I returned on Monday through Wednesday to enjoy dinner there again. The only reason I missed out on Monday was because they’re closed on that day. I would’ve loved to go on Tuesday or Wednesday, but I couldn’t resist the temptation to come back and try the place again.

The staff is nothing short of amazing. They’re super professional, attentive, and caring. And let’s not forget about the sauce wall! It’s an “utter” gem of a marketing idea. It’s so creative and it makes you want to try everything on the menu.

Oh, and let me tell you about Nick. He’s the kindest and knowledgeable as any BBQ PitMaster I’ve ever met. He took the time to explain the entire menu to me, and I really appreciated it. I love this guy!

Sierra, the GM, was compassionately professional. She explained the entire history of the location in the company. And the front counter staff was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful.

I even bought one of their pink hats themed in Pink, because it matched perfectly with my Breast Cancer medical practice. Nick mentioned that he and Cage would be there on Wednesday, so he offered to save me two racks of ribs. I was so grateful that he did! My family absolutely loved the ribs with all the other delicious sides I brought back on Wednesday.

We’re planning a trip over during the Christmas break when all four of us are home. We’re going to go shopping at the cool country store and enjoy some more amazing BBQ sides. It’s going to be a blast!

So, if you’re ever in the west central Florida area, make sure to check out this restaurant. It’s a must-stop! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been to a few florida cracker and enjoyed the food. However, this last visit was not as great. My son ordered the brisket and he mentioned it was just okay. I has a chicken sandwich it was just okay as well. The one thing that threw me off was the Spinach cornbread. It was okay.

We ate here yesterday and was very disappointed. The guys behind the registers act as if they don't even know what comes on the food as your ordering. The food was horrible and very sloppy and full of fat, even the chicken! We complained but was never compensated for a single dime and we spent over $50.00 dollars there and left hungry and left our food we ordered behind. Very disappointed and I do NOT recommend this place at all!!

My wife got the Mac n cheese sloppy Joe brisket boat. The brisket was lost in an over abundance of bad barbecue sauce and the mac & cheese tasted like Velveeta. I got the mild chicken sandwich which was three tenders and not a chicken breast and this Brookville sauce they put on it. It was too hot to eat and overwhelmed the chicken. The fried green tomatoes were great, but had no sauce to go with them like aiolis. We both agreed we won’t go back.

I got the chicken fingers and coleslaw and my friend got the chicken sandwich and French fries. The sandwich was huge . My tenders were just that- tender. No left overs. I ate every bite . They have outdoor seating too.
