We stopped in there today for the first time. I am a very picky eater and I must say this was the best food I have had. No complaints from me. I had the brisket sandwich with au jus and it was melt in your mouth awesome. Service was fantastic. If you're ever up that way you need to stop by and try their food.

The service sucked , girl was very nice but she didn’t bring my coffee and tried never removed it from the bill. Biscuit and gravy , gravy was cold!

Restaurantji Recommends
My wife and I took a trip with her sister and our brother-in-law to this restaurant based on their recommendation. It was a 2 hour drive and worth every minute of it. My wife had the shrimp and grits with tomato gravy. She was so impressed she recreated it at home (and if was pretty close). We were on the road recently and took an hour detour to go back again.
The only negative I can say, I wish there was one closer.

Great Home Cooking.
Great Atmosphere and Excellent service.
Only downside was the Biskets....... They are more like Dinner Rolls and Not what someone would call a ( Southern ) Bisket.
