Mostly due to the managements reaction to the food. . I ordered two rolls I have ordered dozens of times before and both tastes fishy and were not good. The manager wanted to argue about it instead of making it right. Our hibachi food was burnt specifically the shrimp and the veggies were not great. The hibachi chef was funny and did a great job but I believe the grill was too hot

Food is either pepper or salt. Flavor isn’t there. Cook was uninterested and felt very distant from the experience

We had a great meal 😋 and a great time! Our waitress was wonderful ❤️ and the cook was entertaining and awesome.

Definitely not like any other Japanese steakhouse we've been to. The waitress seemed to hate her job and the gentleman on the grill had no personality nor was he engaging.This was our first and last time!

It's very good experience. First time there so personally, I felt a little rushed, due to the fact that 2 other couples had already placed their order at the grill. We had just walked in and never been there, so was not familiar with the menu. Highly recommend you look at the menu before you go and know what you want and what type of seating and setup you want.

Kid-friendliness: I would say, maybe children, 4 years of age and up. Any younger, the large fire and the noise drones could scare younger children. And no kids menu.

I come here 2 times a year. Portions have gone down considerably. 1 cup fried rice, 1/2 cup veggies and maybe 3 ounces of filet mignon. $30 plus is really high.

Irritated that I order something a certain way, and don't get what I ask for. If you're going to charge me for 2 orders of noodles and only zucchini for my veggies, I better get it. However, when I got my food today, I did not get this. Instead I got a bill of $148.41 for items I did not get. Very disappointing.

The chefs are amazing but after the waitress takes your order they never come back to check on you. The food taste so awesome. One of my favs.

Dietary restrictions: My husband was allergic to shrimp. They totally had no problem accommodating.

Parking: Parking is never a problem.
