We showed up w a party of 15 and no reservation. They accommodated us without issues, very friendly and service was on point. Drinks were filled, waitresses kept checking on us and hibachi cook was hilarious and cooked the food perfect.
They were very busy. Unfortunately, the food was not what we've come to expect at Fujiyama. Will try again because this food not seem typical.

The food tastes great it's reasonably priced at all the employees are friendly.Parking: Plenty of parking on the premisesKid-friendliness: My granddaughter and her friends are treated well as the adults areWheelchair accessibility: It's a large place with the large opening plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around

Tables are crowded. My wife had a margarita. She said it was very tart and had too much ice. The food was alright. The steak had an odd taste I couldn't id. All around it was ok. I much prefer Kobe Japanese steakhouse.

Everything my family and I go here we have an amazing time! The food is absolutely amazing, you basically get food and a show! The cooks are amazing to watch and love to joke around!! If your thinking about going here my advice is just go because you will have a good time!!

We always request Evan as our Hibachi Chef!! He has a great way of cooking our food perfectly every time ? We also are spoiled by all of the Waitresses and they make sure we have everything!!!Awesome Food and Service!!!
On Sunday April 9, at approx 1:30pm my family and had made prior reservations . We were escorted into the hibachi grill to the right of the entrance area . We were all sitting patiently awaiting our waitress/ waiter to come take orders so meal could be started. . As we are sitting there a cockroach came crawling across the grill . We all got up to leave as that was not part of the meal we wanted nor were we going to partake of .I quietly asked to speak to a manager to which the young lady sitting up front took me to a young lady at the bar area . I told her of the roach and showed her a picture of it to which she wanted me to show her where it had been crawling .I showed her and she began saying , “ You call health dept? We gave bugs poison yesterday .. I so sorry but we gave bugs poison yesterday … You call health dept ?? We gave bugs poison yesterday “ I told her I had just wanted to make her aware that her “ bugs with or without poison “ was not what people wanted to have accompanying them at their meal . She again apologized and again asked if I was calling health dept . I can honestly say I will NOT be returning and I hope the health inspector goes to inspect because I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like if they are crawling in the dining part of restaurant .Health Dept has been notified .
