I wanted Deli world to be good, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. Took almost half an hour for 2 sandwiches. My turkey was dry, and the lettuce was just 1 leaf set on top of the roll. My wife's Cuban was OK. Sorry guys but ya gotta think up some way to move orders along.

The cuban sandwich is really good only thing I would recommend is that they ask if you want flavored butter on your bread. I will definitely put this on my list of places to eat
I have to stop on my way home to Havana, Fl which is outside of Tallahassee. I have been doing it for years. Miss the old owner, the new ones are growing on me. I buy the Cuban sandwiches, very meaty.

Receptionist today (3/18) let me sit on hold with the line open for 25mins and counting. I hung up finally and could not call back because the line will still open... She did not seem to care about all the business she caused to be lost by holding the line open during the lunch time rush.

Is there a sandwiches are superb next time I visit Brooksville I will go back in and get a sub. Had a Philly steak and cheese and it was excellent I think I will try the Ruben Cuban next time.

went to this place a few days in a row raving about the food just to have the fat boy bully tell me the price for the special on the sign wasnt the price for tuesdays special.he wrung ut up to 12.21, clearly the price of mondays special. i brought this up politely and was told, nah man that aint the price. the price is 12.21. this sign was outside all weekend and monday. yall lost a new customer that quick. greedy and mean with zero customer service. like for real, if u post the wrong price on your sign, honor it, dont run people off with mean fat guys

Portions on our Cubans were great! We both loved the taste and were so happy with how well the crunch of the bread came out. Customer service was good even with my grumpier counterpart.
Food is great but the service is very slow. There was only one other person in here and it took 30 minutes to get a 6inch sandwich…

I've been eating at this Deli for a couple years. I don't know what happened, but the sandwiches suck now. The last few times has just been awful. Meatballs are tasteless, served cold and took almost 30 min. to make. The other sandwiches are just as awful. I wonder if they have new ownership.

We have loved Deli World in the past but changes happen. Salads and sandwiches lack terribly when the owner isn't there (?) and on several occasions orders take excessive time to pick up. It's sad. This place has so much potential with the right help. Not happy with lunch again today. Gyro was great as usual. Just didn't get the tzatziki sauce I ordered extra for $1.00 more. Meatball sub came with runny tomato base looking soup stuff on the side.(It was strange) Maybe we'll try again later....? We know good help is so hard to find. Otherwise we love this place. Just check your orders before you leave well.
