Went about an hour ago with my fiance, he got a #6 and I had a #9 with pepperoni instead of roast beef. The meats were all sliced EXTREMELY thin and definitely did not have proper amounts of meats or cheese, I could barely even taste the pepperoni. Slicer definitely should practice their weights. Very very disappointing.

Well I made the mistake of ordering online. I ordered a giant philly cheese steak with extra meat and extra cheese. (G17) and a original Italian sub. One is served hot the other is served cold. When my wife arrived to pick up the subs the philly was already done and waiting in a bag. They served 6 other people before preparing the Italian sub. When my wife told them that the philly was sitting getting cold all she was told was sorry. Pick up time was scheduled for 6pm. I can clearly see that this location will be one of the first to close under new ownership. Now I have a cold philly cheese steak, I really love a crusty hard cheese on cold freaking meat. I tipped these incompetent fools to do a very very simple job that should not have been tipped in the first place since it had to be picked up. It isn't that difficult to coordinate putting together two sandwiches being done near the same time. Not 15 minutes apart. Not to mention that the girl putting vegetables on the sandwiches was taking care of the register and not changing gloves. I hope the health department reads this and observes this oversite. I will NOT be ordering from this location again. I will go down the street to Richey Cheese steak 26 dollars for a cold sub is bullshit. I hope the district manager contacts me before I contact them. I have a few things to say. And your staff are rude and need learn how to talk with customers.

If I could give 0 stars ...that's what today's visit warrants! I eat the same sub everything i go to a Jersey Mike's, and today's was the worst one I've ever had. What's so hard about a 55 with no peppers/onions, extra mushrooms and melt the cheese?!?! It was severely overseasoned, cheese was still cold (on a hot chicken philly), and not cut in half like I requested TWICE.
As for service, they all seem annoyed customers are in the location and don't get me started on the girl on the grill who felt it appropriate to roll her eyes at the customers as she calls their name to pick up their sub.
I'm thankful this isn't a location I'll need to visit again....you have some work to do!

Bad service....now I know why I go to Subway "you have it your way" here if you ask for something a bit different is as you ask for a miracle to happen. Over spent on average sub...it doesn't taste an better than subway and they will not heat a sub if not a hot sub...just never walking in this place. Now I remember why it was 10 years since my last visit to a Jersey Mike...will never recommend.

They are extremely slow moving for a place called Jersey Mike's because if they were in New Jersey they would be out of business. They need to speed things up a little bit we waited 15 minutes and there was nobody really there They took an incredibly long time to assemble a submarine Otherwise I have no complaint about the food it was okay

Ordered (2) Regular Subs the first one had #13 with all the Veggies minus jalapeños and salt and pepper. They only put Lettuce and tomato ??? The 2nd one was a #6 RoastBeef no Veggies? However put on the board covered in veggies pieces, not something I like to see or eat. Next time I’ll just go to Subway. Extremely disappointed. Never going back. (3) people working and such a huge mistake at least on the first sub. The sub that I wanted to get for my mom.
