My husband and I were gifted a card for jersey mikes. We both got giant combo subs. 50$ for 2 subs , 2 bags of chips and 2 fountain drinks ? Thats disgusting. The servers were rude. The meat portions were small and my husband did not get what he ordered. We wont be back .

The portions are as such. Small is a 1/4 foorlong. Regular is half a footlong and the giant is a footlong. For a $20 chicken cheesesteak that I didnt order while inside it should not taste like a Chicken Pot Pie. The value is horrible and for what you are paying for at least let it taste like the #16 it should be and for a Giant thats crazy sizing. Shrinkflation at its best. I donot have these issues at any other Jersey Mikes... thank god.

Lifesaver service from the ladies that work here. I had a meeting and didn't order enough sandwiches on my first order and they rushed to get my second catering order done which they didn't have to do.

Giant size seems to have shrunk the meat to half. Was missing the jalepeno peppers onions and mushrooms on the big kahuna cheesesteak. Husbands italian he said had no pepperoni said tasted like a cold american hoagie no pepperoni no salami...the 2 things that make an italian sub. Shouldve stuck with the zephyrhills one i guess 😪

Usually like JM subs, but have had more than one issue with this place. Sloppy sandwichs and poor service seem consistent. My wife literally watch her half made sandwiche sit there for 10 minutes while the staff all taked over it and then finished it once they realize she was waiting the whole time. Really something else.

Came in tonight for dinner around 6 pm. The girls working there are great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, they truly look like they enjoying being there which is rare to see. Will definitely be back.

ordered 3 subs online. All of them had wrong ingredients on them. 1 sandwich had the wrong bread and was missing ingredients. Also not much meat on the sandwhich...seems to be different amount than when you eat in restaurant. The other sandwhich had the bread that was supposed to be on the other..and had ingredients that were not ordered. I was unable to eat the sandwich due to an allergy. Waste of money..Very disappointed. It's obvious the employee making sandwiches is not paying attention to the order!!!!

I went to this store on Sunday 9/07/2025 at around 3pm. There were 2 employees, a young man and a young lady. I was very impressed with how quickly they were moving and at the high level of customer service. I was promptly greeted, received regular updates as to the status of my order, and got to watch a highly efficient team do great things. This was a master class in fast food customer service. I do not have the employee's names, but please give them a raise or a bonus! 10/10 Will be back.

Usually always fantastic but this time they messed up my sandwich. Ordered wheat bread and extra cheese and got white bread n regular cheese. Boyfriend's sandwich was correct.
