The employees at this location are absolutely fabulous! I had a terrible experience with DoorDash, but the manager here handled it with Grace and I really appreciate that. I like to come here for lunch a lot their subs are always fresh and everyone is super friendly. I also like how clean it is! Highly recommend!!

They gave my 3 year old a kids meal with a sealed cookie that had someone’s already chewed green gum inside. Patrick the manager was extremely unprofessional. I was not offered a refund or even a true apology. This store is disgusting and they have been reported to everyone I can contact.

This jersey mikes is fantastic! We have been here at least a dozen times and it's always perfect without fail. The food is always made correctly and tastes fantastic. Patrick and the manager have both remembered my order after the 2nd or 3rd time I stopped in. They start making it the second I step in the door. A 7 with american cheese and double mayo. The quality of the food and customer service has gained them a repeat customer. 10/10 highly recommend.

I paid $25 for a sub last week, I ordered extra meat bacon and cheese on it and didn't get the add-ons. I called and they told me they were going to replace it for me on my next visit which I was happy with.I showed up today and asked if I could get a different sub, the cost was exactly the same to the penny and after I was told yes by the crew members and they began making the order, the manager came out and lectured me on their meat counts and why I couldn't get a different sub. 2 bad experiences in a row, this will be the last time I come here. Shout out to the crew who did what they could to (and did) make it right. It's unfortunate the manager had to ruin the experience after everything had been resolved.

The guys working here are amazing. They have such great customer service and seem to have a lot of patience. I ordered 3 subs but one of them was for someone who wasn't actually with me at the time. Each time they asked me if I wanted something specific on the sub I had to send a text to get the info. The employees were really cool about waiting for the response lThankfully though the response did come timely). They just worked on the other subs while I got the answers. Anyway, great place and as always the subs here are the best.
