i was looking forward to a wrap for dinner. I had one in the past from the Wesley Chapel location and it was amazing. Unfortunately this location is AWFUL! I ordered double roast beef. No double! extra onion - there was NO ONION. ordered a small amt of lettuce, there was like a double portion of lettuce, cucumber total of 3 sliced on it, 2 tomatoes total and I had to add my own mayo at home. :-( UNBELIEVABLE FAIL! Never again will i order or give my business to this location....

The problem with this location on Cortez Blvd on Springhill is unsupervised younger people working there more concerned with playing on their phone while you're trying to order your food. The three girls working seemed seriously bothered that we came in to order food. When my wife asked about bacon on sandwiches, the one taking our order bluntly said yea there is bacon on a few.. No help finding which ones we wanted. Seriously, skimp on the food inside the flattened sandwich. Two pieces of meat stretched on an 8-inch flat sub. Two green tomatoes as well. It's not really appetizing . With so many other places right around there to eat, they really need to do some retraining of their employees.

How difficult is it to comprehend the following order ? I ordered a Spicy East Coast Italian with ONLY tomato, onion and oregano. I received Tomato, onion, oregano and jalapeños. When I told the team member my order was incorrect I received multiple questions about what I ordered. Like they produced what I ordered. Geez !! No service recovery whatsoever.
I went to this location to get to subs, worst service and sandwich ever. I was waiting to place my order behind an elderly gentleman. The girl making sandwiches was talking to the man while he was trying to place his order. Talking over him, very rude.Then while he was paying and I was still waiting to place my order, the girl making subs yelled over the gentleman and the cashier to me, do you you want lettuce and tomato. I said to her, "how about you wait until I place my order." I asked what kind of bread they had the cashier said french (hard as a rock) and wheat. I said I wanted a turkey on wheat, think it was a sub roll, no it was bread. I stated I wanted mayo on the bread before anything else, that's when I noticed it was bread not a sub roll. I said not bread. Made sandwich and I requested extra turkey, the amount was of meat was shameful. Ordered second sandwich she started with mayo before I could say nothing on the roll. She started over, finished sandwiches, the cashier stood there waiting until she was done, before taking my money. Also before she started making my sandwiches, she came to the register with her gloves on and pushed keys, then proceeded to do my sandwiches with out changing her gloves. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will never return to this establishment.
