I did an online order and went in to pick it up. When I went in. It wasn’t finished, which was OK. I had just placed it, but instead of taking my payment even after the sandwich was completed they kept taking customers coming in the door for payment looking over me like my time had No value I’m 5 foot 190 pounds holding a credit card literally having to move away from the cashier so the person she greeted behind me could give her order completely dismissing me. There was three workers None of them had any customer service as far as greeting or even acknowledging that I was standing there waiting to pay for my order I could’ve just walked out the door, but that’s not who I am. I ended up pushing the sandwich back to them and leaving and putting my card back in my purse I Got in my car and went straight to Jersey Mike’s right down the street where they appreciated my business. I suggest you do the same you’re spending your money choose a place that respects your business and will be friendly to you

I ordered delivery for my lunch break, it was delivered an hour later but at bath and body works. They had to call my store and one of the front desk girls had to walk all the way down the plaza to go pick up my food .. um...do better thanx

I put the wrong date for my catering order, and when I came in to pick it up, they said it was no big deal and made it all very quickly and with a smile!! I felt so bad, and they were very accommodating and helpful!! They said it was no big deal and they do last minute catering all the time. Was so nice!

Love the bread but today was Second time ordered hot sandwich plain with only cheese and second time the cheese was left off. Just lost a customer, congratulations!

What a rip off $40 for 2 subs with minimal meat. Will never go back or give gift cards for jj.
We were not impressed by their food at all. The girl inside was not very friendly. The portion amount on the premium sides were very small.

This is your sub right here. The best bread that can keep a sub together and hold the condiments that you like on your sub without falling apart. Great choices and prices. Keep up the great work guys and I also wanna mention.. YOUR FREAKY FAST!!!!! Expect to spend $10 to $15 on lunch.

i was looking forward to a wrap for dinner. I had one in the past from the Wesley Chapel location and it was amazing. Unfortunately this location is AWFUL! I ordered double roast beef. No double! extra onion - there was NO ONION. ordered a small amt of lettuce, there was like a double portion of lettuce, cucumber total of 3 sliced on it, 2 tomatoes total and I had to add my own mayo at home. :-( UNBELIEVABLE FAIL! Never again will i order or give my business to this location....

The problem with this location on Cortez Blvd on Springhill is unsupervised younger people working there more concerned with playing on their phone while you're trying to order your food. The three girls working seemed seriously bothered that we came in to order food. When my wife asked about bacon on sandwiches, the one taking our order bluntly said yea there is bacon on a few.. No help finding which ones we wanted. Seriously, skimp on the food inside the flattened sandwich. Two pieces of meat stretched on an 8-inch flat sub. Two green tomatoes as well. It's not really appetizing . With so many other places right around there to eat, they really need to do some retraining of their employees.
