Previous Review was right. Pot pie was missing, no honey mustard; regular tea not a large. Tenders were too spicy. Not going back.

I have a Colonel’s Award fromTHE Colonel Sanders. He would be appalled at the mess we received last Tuesday on 8 pieces for $10. It was a waste. One pieces was edible. If you do get it, maybe the crispy would be better. Shame, shame….

Ordered a bucket of chicken and two extra breasts, was shorted two pieces in the bucket, breasts were raw. Even the breading was still white, and dripping oil. Corn was chewy. Worst experience at any KFC. Will not be back. Positive note, the biscuits were great.

Orders 8 piece bucket of chicken , got 4 legs and 4 thighs. Paid 23.45 so I paid 3 dollars apiece for legs and thighs, my book that's a rip-off. They could have informed me and ask me i would have waited longer for the correct chicken to be made .

I can rank the chicken because I went at 1000 pm and they didn't have no chicken. Why if you open till 11 pm you don't have chicken for a whole hour.

The lobby was nice & clean inside. All the employees were clean & dressed appropriately. They were also very friendly. The customer service very good. Last but not least, the food came out in a timely manner, was hot, & tasted very good. Prices were about the same as you'd find anywhere else so it didn't cost anymore to eat here than anywhere else. I give them 2 👍thumbs up👍
The place was empty when we arrived, no wonder. The food was not good. Waited to be served at the counter while the staff talked in the back area. They looked and saw me a few times before coming round to serve me. I will not be back due to the food taste and quality. Also expensive. I use KFC in the UK frequently and never have a problem as the food is always constantly good and value for money.

The Mike’s Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich Combo was crispy, sweet, and spicy in the best way! The vanilla cream lemonade was refreshing, and the Comeback Sauce was addictive. Fast service and everything was great!

Went through drive thru for a Mac n cheese and ice tea and the guy at window’s fingernails were long and horribly dirty. I was so grossed out as he handed me my change, food, and drink. This says two things: 1- management thinks nothing of the lack of cleanliness an employee serving the public has 2- the employee has straight up poor hygiene habits in general (think about it what else this means….yuck!) . I simply can’t go back now.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, Lora was even nice and patient enough to explain all the different sauces and ingredients for me. She is a fantastic employee with a smile, we need more people like her in food service. Kudos to you
