Came in around 9pm on a Friday, they didnt seem super busy. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, Lora was even nice and patient enough to explain all the different sauces and ingredients for me. She is a fantastic employee with a smile, we need more people like her in food service. Kudos to you
Came to the only KFC in Hernando County...Ordered a leg and thigh combo. Than to be told they have no leg and thigh in original or extra crispy...It would take 20 minutes to get what I wanted...So I went with the chicken sandwich plain...Needless to say they put everything on it...Kinda of funny, Zaxby is two stores away...I will not be patronize this place again...If this is the direction you are taking you company...Good Luck...

Great service. friendly staff. Check your items to make sure your order is correct if you get to go. Was missing my biscuits but they made it right and even gave me a little mash taters for the honest mistake they made

Overall it was pretty disappointing. We drove a ways to get KFC because we love KFC but the service was super slow, the person at the window was not super friendly and they got our order wrong and the food was not great.

this place needs new management i waited on line for 35 minutes to just order now im sitting here 15 min later and would u look at that still no food place is an absolute joke waste of time waste of money employees are incompetent
