We originally came here for the cheesecakes (which are absolutely AMAZING), but we were blown away when we discovered they also serve AUTHENTIC Jamaican food! The beef patties are out of this world, flaky, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was pure comfort.

The Butter Garlic Shrimp Dinner was fantastic. Great presentation. Large portions. Very Flavorful Food. Will have it again. Husband wants to try the curry shrimp next.

La Signature Cheesecake is a small, family-owned restaurant just north of downtown Brooksville. It is an unassuming and extremely clean spot with a relaxed feel. While the title highlights cheesecakes, of which there is a wide and awesome variety, the restaurant also serves authentic American Jamaican food. The owners are friendly and the customer service is on point, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The food is homemade and delicious. Popular dishes include the curry shrimp, curry goat, jerk chicken, and oxtail meal, which comes with rice and plantains and cabbage. The pork loin sandwich is very good and a large portion, enough for two people. They also serve a vegetarian dish with rice, beans, plantains, and a spiced cabbage mixture. Everything is amazing looking and the portions are great.
But the highlight remains the phenomenal cheesecakes. Flavors like lemon berry, snickers, pecan caramel, and carrot cake are all delicious and a must-try. It is a positive experience from start to finish, good for takeout or dining in. This is a definite spot to get a good meal and an amazing dessert.
