Everything was fine. No management checked on us as they normally would. Had to instruct on how to make a proper amaretto sour.Vegetarian options: Not too many dairy free options.

Went today and waited 30 mins to be called into waiting in a secondary line to be seated. Once seated we were told we would be given bread within the next 5 minutes. After ordering and waiting almost an hour, we never got our bread and the waitress laughed off (oh I must of given it to another table and now the kitchen is out of bread again). After 1.5 hours of being there and finally getting our dinner (still no bread) the steak I ordered med rare was well beyond well done and borderline charcoal/barely edible. The ribs that came with my combo were funky and off tasting. Clearly days old and badly reheated. My son's steak bites were so tough he couldn't chew/eat any of it. My wife's shrimp and rice had so much salt it burned my mouth to take a bite. Our bill was nearly 90$ for food that I'd be embarrassed to have ever cooked, had I been the one to cook/ruin it like our food was. Only upside was the bread was finally given to us in a Togo box when we were leaving and it was good. I hadn't been here in probably a decade and was looking forward to it and couldn't of been more disappointed.

Rated atmosphere 3 stars due to the excessive noise. Longhorn is not normally this loud. Steak was good, but I still prefer the steaks at the competitor down the street (TR).

My review may be contradictory to my scores but I don't care, I'm angry because for the first time Service and secondly food was not to what I am so use to at Longhorn. Since Feb I'd been waiting to go for my Birthday and went but this was not their day. I score them high because they have never failed me. They were just having a bad day everyone has a bad one now and then. They waived the cost of my appetizer and my wife's drink. They wanted to waive the whole fee showing how far they are willing to go for customers to be pleased, but I insisted and paid my wife's dinner and my drink which were delicious and returned my meal which was unsatisfactory. They gave me a new outlaw rib eye as a meal to go for free and I gave it to a homeless couple which I'm sure will enjoy it. I highly recommend this restaurant which has had it right 99% of the times I have visited. I will return.

Food actually had a cooked Palmetto Bug in it. Luckily it was noticed before eating. You can clearly see the antennae and the legs on this thing. Crazy part was that the manager STEVE just refused to admit what he was looking at.

I go to longhorns all the time and it was my favorite place the waitress was in such a hurry i asked for water she brought me a coke i had to wave her down to tell her when she brought the water she sat the glass at the very edge of table. Then she wanted my order trust the place was not very busy. I ordered a filet wanted all day for that steak medium and i love the seasoning baked potatoe and i ordered a side of broccoli well over cooked steak well done no seasoning, then i had to hunt for her to tell her the steak was well done you can tell her attitude was changing she said i get you another i said never mind i will just pay for potatoe and broccoli she came back a few minutes later and said you dinner was comped i said no i will pay for the potatoe and bro she looked at me and said enjoy your meal needless to say i got up and left this girl had a problem before i got there dont nknow if i will ever go back.

Food was awesome. Ribeye and corn on the cob was excellent. Cooked perfectly. Wife got the 7 pepper salad and enjoyed it thoroughly. The Texas Tonion is WAY better than Outback.
Good food. Server 'Christina' was great. She explains rare to well done very well. Good information as we all have different concepts of how our steaks are done. Staff were on top of everything. Nice environment as well.

We had an excellent experience today at Longhorn here on Cortez Boulevard, Our waitress Joanna B. She had everything before we could even ask for it! Excellent service, excellent food and five stars.
Came in for our fourth anniversary and enjoyed every second and taste of our visit! Walker was our server and was excellent. The food was outstanding. Overall, this restaurant is my favorite Longhorn! ? Thank you for an unbeatable meal!
