Ordered 2 Quarter Pounders w/cheese via in-store kiosk. After waiting 15 minutes for the food we discovered after leaving that the burgers did not have the cheese or other requested condiments! Next time we're going to Wendy's which is very close! Several other customers had long waits for their orders, too

If I could give a zero I would. Dispute how ur night is going, don’t blame it on customers. We all go through things. Especially a manager if u don’t like ur job change careers. U should know how to handle urself in any situations. The way u we’re disrespectful tonight there was no need. U ma’am need to learn customer service because u have zero.

Terrible service. Waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. The girl at the first window kept poking her head out to see why I hadn’t moved forward and didn’t seem to understand that until they give people their orders nobody moves anywhere.

I try not to leave bad reviews often unless something is truly bad. I understand this is McDonald’s so I didn’t expect a Michelin star burger. With that being said, we came through the drive through. Got 2 burgers, a fry, and a nugget. We didn’t receive our nuggets. I had to go inside to get them. Thankfully my boyfriend likes to put fries on his burger, so he opened his burger before he ate it. Found a big black hair right in the middle of the cheese. The fries were hard, burnt, and tasted like nasty oil. So did the nuggets. The burger itself was literally a black, burnt burger patty that was literally crunchy. I asked for Big Mac sauce and it was on 1/8th of the burger, and the rest being squirted on the wrapper itself so I had to dip the burger, and it was a MESS. The best thing about the meal was the bbq sauce I ate with the nuggets. I’m a tourist so I won’t be returning, but do better please. Massive waste of money, and I have a bad taste in my mouth.

An example is the new fish sandwich, which used to be a 90/90 product, meaning 90 grams of bread, but now the bread contains zinc bromide, disqualifying it as bread. Furthermore, the weight has been reduced to less than 60 grams and the fish to 40 grams. This means they are offering us a 4.0 version, called 60/40. The issue is not so much the reduction in size, but rather that the price hasn't decreased accordingly, remaining as if it were still 90/90. Essentially, they are deceiving us.

I was driving up 75 and wanted to stop and get something quick through the drive through. The line at both drive throughs ordering areas didn't move and cars kept leaving the line so I had to go inside. This made my stop longer than I was hoping and only one person was taking orders in it. I didn't get a receipt or order number when I ordered so that made it harder to get my food after it was done.
