Time. 9.00 pm. We pulled in drive thru to order ice cream cones ans the lady said that there was a 15 minute wait per car in the drive thru due to no cooks in kitchen well last i knew they didnt cook ice cream she was all but rude and told us it didnt matter what we ordered there was a manditory wait. By the way there were 2 cars in drive thru oh well. They must not need any buisness in this location .. wendys new frostys were great and right beside this location ... go there !!!

The service in this place is genuinely insane me and my partner ordered online and picked the counter option because we wanted to eat inside just for us to wait 30 minutes and have the people that ordered after us get their food. The people working here clearly do not give 2 cents which was how the attitude was with zero sense of hospitality please don’t order here in person just hog through the drive through because they clearly could care less.

What happened to McDonald's being fast and cheap. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant for the price it cost to eat here...
I could endure the meat that feels a little off, like they've reached the limit of filler they can use. And it no longer even taste like beef.. If you want a large fry, you should order three mediums. Cause they barely even try to fill the container.. Lame

Drive thru took 1 hour . The young lady that took the payment said she didn't know what was going on with the hold up. My wife went inside and spoke to the manager and asked what was going on and just got attitude and she walked away. There was also several people inside looking miserable because nobody was getting their order. Manager couldn't tell us if their kitchen was down . Terrible service and from reading previous reviews looka like happens very often.
