We stopped on Sunday, November 2, 2025 to grab a quick breakfast on our way back to Atlanta. We ordered on the app and planned to get our order curbside. It ended up taking over 20 minutes to receive our order and the restaurant was not busy. I went in to see what the hold up was. One emplpyee was wandering around the dining area like in a daze. One frazzld sounding woman was putting together orders and there were a few of us waiting. When we received the order of a Big Breakfast and coffees, we hurried back to the car to get on the way. Once we were on the road, we realized there were no eggs on the breakfast. We put in a complaint on the McDonald’s app. Heard nothing, so repeated the complaint. We have yet to hear anything. The food was also barely warm. We won’t be stopping at this location any more1 I guess McDonald’s really does not care about their customers. I’m not lovin’ it!

I accidentally sent my order to this McDonald’s instead of the one closer to me and that’s 100% on me. But since that gave them extra time about 15–20 minutes for the food to be ready, I was surprised when I got there and it still wasn’t. There were only two people ahead of me waiting, yet my order wasn’t done and some workers seemed to just be standing around lolly gagging. I had placed the order more than 30 minutes in advance.

Went through the drive thru. Couldn't understand what she was say really bad broken English. Ordered steak and cheese bagel no egg. Worst sandwich ever steak only covered half the hard dry bags no butter or onion's!! Horrible never going back

Past 6 times I’ve gone, my order has been messed up every time.. we are ordering for two people and they can’t get it right.. not to mention that any time it is brought to their attention they laugh about it or give attitude. They parked me recently for a missed hash brown and left me waiting there until i came inside and it was sitting on the counter ready. Very unprofessional and poorly managed. Been going there for 20+ years and finally calling it quits with this location.
