This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Don't expect to ever get sauce with ur nuggets..even if u ask and pay for extra...ifthey get you're order right to begin with...awful...you want and expect more money...prove it...do better

I made my first and last visit to this location tonight. I watched as they handed my order to the car in front of us at the drive thru and that car drove off. For nearly ten minutes, they tried giving us food that wasn’t ours, even though we clarified the order every. single. time. We finally had to go inside, where a snippy employee complained that “we’ve remade this order five times now.” Okay? Apparently it’s an annoyance to be made to give the customer what they actually paid for? The cheeseburgers were thrown together, with ketchup leaking all over the stale buns. The fries, which they claimed were fresh, were already getting cold. Some amazing customer service right there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Fries are always greasy, soggy, limp and barely any salt. I pay for extra bbq on the McRibs and there’s barely enough to cover the meat. I’m waiting for my food and the guy has the window open w my order in his hand but a girl was talking to him about getting pulled over so he had to stop and listen instead of handing me the food. Fast food! Why did I have to wait in a parking spot for fries and they still came out soggy.

Truly one of the worst Mcdonalds in the springhill beooksville area. Always waiting 15+ min. Employees always have an attitude, and look absolutly miserable and have no problem showing it to you.. I understand fast food suck, but at least have some sort of caring for your job... mainly night shift for whatever reason, just rude sightly incompetent, and has no care in the world to do their job. Being the worst McDonald in the brooksville/hernando area is wild, bc they are all pretty bad.. poor management area manager needs to be retrained
The food is pretty good for McDonald's food. That is when you finally get what you ordered fixed right. They often leave sauces or condiments off accidentally and they have difficulty making things on the fly. The manager had to keep asking, 5 x's in 10 min for them to remake my 2 sandwiches that had nothing on them that was supposed to be on a sandwich that weren't even special orders. So mixed feelings.
