Always a great experience! Coffee is consistently good, food items are delicious, and everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful! The indoor space delivers a welcoming and relaxed ambience with each room having a unique vibe (plus beautiful artwork!).

I enjoy going to Mountaineer but over the last year or two something has changed with their cold brew. It used to be strong and bold (almost a burnt flavor) but now the taste is flat and barely there. The brew strength has been very inconsistent where it always used to be spot on (customer since 2019). It makes me wonder if the dilution ratio changed or staff are eyeballing it instead of measuring. For me their cold brew flavor set them apart from others and was a reason to swing by, anymore I’m not as inclined. It is still a great place for the community and hope they continue to thrive.

Had a great latte with 2 of their syrup flavors, caramel and brown sugar cinnamon. Also tried the breakfast burrito and it was great with the salsa and sour cream they included with it. Very friendly staff!

Very disappointed. This little coffee shop has so much potential but it’s just not that great. Coffee is just ok. Wish they had coconut milk or cream as nondairy option. Only regular milk or almond and oatmeal. At least it’s unsweetened. Nice staff though! But plants are unhealthy, or dead. Not much ambiance. I had an iced cappuccino and it tasted burnt. Sorry but I think your business could do much better!!!

Super friendly staff. My cousin and I stopped by on our way, home from seven sister springs. The staff was amazing.The barista had great skills with making pictures out of foam free handed. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area.
