I have only visited this coffee shop a handful of times and every time I arrive here I feel very dismissed and unwelcomed. The staff doesn’t greet or acknowledge me. Whenever I come up to the register to order their demeanor and tone makes it seem like I am being a nuisance to them for ordering. The service and ambience is judgmental it’s been every time I step foot into this establishment.

Friendly staff and great beverages ☕️
Best coffee in the surrounding area by far and tons of great seating area if you need to work or have a conversation in one of the rooms inside. Prices are not bad for the quality and staff is always nice.

Excellent food, fresh and healthy. Their own roasted coffee was super flavorful. Iced latte was great as well as hot matcha latte. Clean bathrooms, lots of space for groups and individuals. Great first impressions!

My pregnant sister asked if they could warm up her pop tart pastry and the employee said “well I’m going to have to take it out of the plastic and put it on a plate” acting like it was an incredible inconvenience. Proceeded to heat up the pastry in the plastic wrap and made another employee hand it to my sister. My pregnant sister had to eat a pastry with melted plastic wrap because the employee was too lazy to take it out and warm it up properly! Never coming back!
Wonderful coffee spot that I'm so pleased to have been able to work with!

Delicious moka!
I LOVE THEIR COFFEE ☕️ 😍 My wife and I go here practically every day and also get "coffee growlers" to bring home. They also have these AMAZING pastries that put pop tarts to shame. Also they offer many food items like parfait, macaroons, breakfast sandwiches and even GF blueberry muffins that are absolutely delicious.

Mountaineer Coffee in downtown Brooksville is a real coffee spot! Their coffee is absolutely amazing—rich, toasty flavor that makes it unique and unforgettable. The fact that they roast it just down the street adds a special touch of local charm.
Their hot croissants are a must-try: buttery, flaky, and huge! And don’t miss the homemade pop pastries—they’re simply delightful. The service is top-notch, with a friendly and welcoming staff that makes every visit a treat.
The vibe here is fantastic—perfect for relaxing or being productive. They offer strong, fast Wi-Fi, and the cozy little rooms with plenty of tables make it an ideal spot to set up for remote work. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for the day, Mountaineer Coffee is the place to be!
