I was disappointed how they cut and bagged my bakers dozen. Why would the person who bagged my bagels smother my blueberry bagels underneath my cinnamon crunch bagels. The blueberry bagels tasted like cinnamon. And the way some of the bagels were cut, should have never been bagged. I usually never had a problem, but lately some are slacking. Maybe the cutting machine had malfunction, but please don't bag the bagels that look like what's in my photo. But I will end this with, the staff are always nice and friendly. And the establishment is always clean.

Omgosh. Do not go here for breakfast. It is Mother's Day. They did not plan properly they ran out of items on the menu at 9am. We ordered a sandwich which we expecting a full sandwich with two pieces of bread it was half a sandwich. The bacon was non exisitent and the Asiago sausage sandwich was missing the sausage. So sad, so famous poor food. I even asked the manager crazy for $7 dollars half a sandwich. The first time my husband was in this place, he was very disappointed, plus the food was cold. Move on for a complete meal. I hope someone can appreciate this post.

Very sad, we love panera but this location is disgusting!!!! People in the kitchen were throwing the food, 4 different spoons were dirty, we ask for our money back and the manager seems the reasons why the kitchen and all are dirty.

I ordered to the house and it was horrible the cheese on my grilled cheese was not even melted the croutons were stale
If my order isnât wrong, there arenât any bagels at 8:30 in the morning! How is this possible?

This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a Panera bread! The restaurant was dirty and unkept. This included, but wasnât limited to unclean tables, dirty restrooms, no toiletries in the restrooms to utilize such. Upon ordering our food it took over 20 minutes to receive two half-and-half orders. Upon receiving the food, they did not provide any salad dressing in the salad when they were advised of this, they then dumped out half of the salad and put salad dressing in. There were rotten tomatoes in the salad. The drink station was unkept and unclean as well as All of the fountain drinks were non-drinkable due to the excessive carbonation that they had in them because no one had changed the bags in the back. While dining an employee came out and began scooting many chairs across the floor, disturbing customers while they were attempting to eat when the employee was told that they were being disrupted to everyone and interrupting their lunch the employee said sorry and then said, well was your food OK. we brought our concerns about the lack of cleanliness and unkept restaurant to the employeeâs attention. As exiting the store, the employee was overheard in the back, bashing us as customers for bringing these unhealthy, and kept concerns to their attention.

Panera is my absolute favorite restaurant. I had a soup again. For the first time, I was given a plastic spoon with such sharp edges that it scratched my lips. I hope that was an exception and that they'll soon have normal cutlery again.

This by far is the worst Panera I have been too! I had placed a bagel order on line 24 hours in advance a couple different times and when I went to pick up they didnât have my order ready. I guess they gave it to another customer. Therefore, they couldnât fill my order because the bagels I had ordered were sold out! Very dysfunctional place!!! I can understand if it happened once, but this is the second time! I just got my money refunded! Very frustrating to me, and super bad customer service skills on their end!!!!
