Panera Bread offers a wide variety of fast‑casual options, and the overall food quality is consistently decent. Whether you’re in the mood for soups, salads, sandwiches, or something warm from the bakery, the menu has enough choices to keep things interesting without feeling overwhelming.

One of the biggest perks is the unlimited drinks and coffee, which makes it an easy place to settle in for a bit. I’ve noticed I tend to see the same people there almost every time I go, which says something about the comfort and routine the place provides.

I go to several different Panera Bread locations, and have to say that this Panera is the best out of the bunch. The food is always fresh, and the service here is fantastic!

If there's anything that they can improve on, it's the sticky diningroom floor, other than that, they are awesome!

Lots of people just hanging out using the wifi. Seating was limited because of that. No pagers were available. They won't call your name so after you order just go wait by the counter. Steak and peppers ciabbatta sandwich was good but by the time I got to the second half it was soggy and nasty.

I ordered breakfast for me and my wife. The lady preparing and serving the breakfast with her nasty attitude had put the wrong order at the delivery counter. Knowing that it was not what I have ordered after waiting for 5 munutes, instead of her checking my name to verify what I have ordered to make sure everything was OK, I was the one who kindly asked her where is my order? She replied with her nasty attitude, if it's not the one currently in the counter, go ahead and check the shelves on the side while knowing there wasn't any other orders on the shelves because there wasn't any other customers waiting to be served. Another lady came, followed the protocol asked me for my name and was able to quickly confirm that the two sandwiches waiting at the counter, one of them was not mine. She finally prepared the 2nd sandwich for my wife and I, myself had to eat a cold sandwich which has been there the first time since the beginning next to the wrong sandwich giving me the impression that was an order for a different customer. If she would have just verified what I ordered since like the other lady did at the end after being standing there the whole time, all of this could have been avoided. We all make mistakes, but a customer service employee with a nasty attitude change the whole perspective and give you the impression that malice was present.

I love that you can get a soup and a half of a sandwich as a meal. I seem to always go for that. It's great food and the staff work hard to keep the food coming out while not loosing any quality of the meal they serve!!

I placed my order with the cashier and when I got to the window, I’m waiting and I’m waiting and I’m waiting 15 minutes. Go by my food still not there other food goes up people that came in after me to my surprise. My daughter saw our name on the bag and they packed it to go. I told the gentleman can he please make my order because we did not ask for to go and he said well it’s gonna take a little time 10 minutes later. I’m still waiting for my food my soup that’s all he had to get. I asked him if I can have the soup that was in the bag to get started due to the circumstances he said no, and he proceeded to throw it out. Very, very upset I stood there and said I can’t believe you just did that so I’m still waiting for my food then he gives me my food half empty bowls with very small pieces of bread on there mind you I bought a bowl of soup supposed to have almost a half a loaf of bread I asked him to put more bread on there and he gave me a look very disappointed. This is not the first time. I don’t know if I want to return to this place by the way the soup was cold because he skimmed it off the top I guess just to piss me off. He was very rude and nasty and then there was another worker there that was giving me a star jam. How dare they? I pay good money for this food almost $20 and this is how I get treated I really want to speak to the manager. I think I will proceed tomorrow to speak to the manager. this was on a Sunday like 4 o’clock. It happened yesterday.

I don’t know why it is so hard to get my order correct or get a cinnamon crunch bagel! I’ve have spent a lot of money here and it seems every time they are either out of cinnamon bagels or it gets left out of my order. I had a conversation with the clerk about this specifically because their in store ordering system said they were out of stock but I saw them on display. She packed my bag and still got it wrong!

I really hate to leave a negative review. But I ordered a large order for all the nurses on my unit. And the orders were wrong. I had 3 nurses go without there lunch because the order was incorrect. I had to reorder $40 worth of more food to fix the mistake that was made by Panera. And now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to see if I am reimbursed for the order they messed up on.
