I placed my order with the cashier and when I got to the window, I’m waiting and I’m waiting and I’m waiting 15 minutes. Go by my food still not there other food goes up people that came in after me to my surprise. My daughter saw our name on the bag and they packed it to go. I told the gentleman can he please make my order because we did not ask for to go and he said well it’s gonna take a little time 10 minutes later. I’m still waiting for my food my soup that’s all he had to get. I asked him if I can have the soup that was in the bag to get started due to the circumstances he said no, and he proceeded to throw it out. Very, very upset I stood there and said I can’t believe you just did that so I’m still waiting for my food then he gives me my food half empty bowls with very small pieces of bread on there mind you I bought a bowl of soup supposed to have almost a half a loaf of bread I asked him to put more bread on there and he gave me a look very disappointed. This is not the first time. I don’t know if I want to return to this place by the way the soup was cold because he skimmed it off the top I guess just to piss me off. He was very rude and nasty and then there was another worker there that was giving me a star jam. How dare they? I pay good money for this food almost $20 and this is how I get treated I really want to speak to the manager. I think I will proceed tomorrow to speak to the manager. this was on a Sunday like 4 o’clock. It happened yesterday.

I don’t know why it is so hard to get my order correct or get a cinnamon crunch bagel! I’ve have spent a lot of money here and it seems every time they are either out of cinnamon bagels or it gets left out of my order. I had a conversation with the clerk about this specifically because their in store ordering system said they were out of stock but I saw them on display. She packed my bag and still got it wrong!

I really hate to leave a negative review. But I ordered a large order for all the nurses on my unit. And the orders were wrong. I had 3 nurses go without there lunch because the order was incorrect. I had to reorder $40 worth of more food to fix the mistake that was made by Panera. And now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to see if I am reimbursed for the order they messed up on.

Disappointing across the board. Arrived on a Sunday around 1PM, was not busy. I ordered the Pick 2 Chicken Bacon Rancher and Mexican Street Corn Chowder. Spouse ordered the Pick 2 Bacon Turkey Bravo and Mac and Cheese. I also ordered a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.
Order took at least 15 minutes to fulfill; again it was NOT busy. My sandwich was barely filled with chicken chunks, minimal bacon, and cheese. Spouse's sandwich was also minimally filled. My Corn Chowder was served barely lukewarm; I brought it back up and the person gave me a freshly served bowl and it was STILL barely lukewarm. The only thing up to snuff was the mac and cheese. My strawberry lemonade was also not fulfilled for the full 15 minutes...that could have been dispensed within minutes of our order, but wasn't.
We will not be returning to this location.

I'm a regular here and have been for over 2 years now, and there's definitely an A team and a B team. Tanner gets everything perfect even when they're packed, 10/10 exceptional job. Overall good food, nice atmosphere, they're used to a study crowd and are very kind.

I was disappointed how they cut and bagged my bakers dozen. Why would the person who bagged my bagels smother my blueberry bagels underneath my cinnamon crunch bagels. The blueberry bagels tasted like cinnamon. And the way some of the bagels were cut, should have never been bagged. I usually never had a problem, but lately some are slacking. Maybe the cutting machine had malfunction, but please don't bag the bagels that look like what's in my photo. But I will end this with, the staff are always nice and friendly. And the establishment is always clean.

Omgosh. Do not go here for breakfast. It is Mother's Day. They did not plan properly they ran out of items on the menu at 9am. We ordered a sandwich which we expecting a full sandwich with two pieces of bread it was half a sandwich. The bacon was non exisitent and the Asiago sausage sandwich was missing the sausage. So sad, so famous poor food. I even asked the manager crazy for $7 dollars half a sandwich. The first time my husband was in this place, he was very disappointed, plus the food was cold. Move on for a complete meal. I hope someone can appreciate this post.
