Whenever I'm around there there's a lot of fighting and screaming inside this pizza place you go into order you don't see anybody washing hands and putting rubber gloves on to make food they just go from one thing to the other. That's why I won't order out or eat there

I placed an order today for delivery in which the store called 35mins later to tell me the driver had a flat. Me trying to be nice and not lazy I went to pick it up, my order was a simple 2 topping medium pizza. I arrived to the store to be charge for a large 2 topping in which the manager had the nerve to make it seem like a courtesy upgrade for the delay. I guess papa John’s is trash now just like the rest.

Great customer service sooo glad to see papa John’s still around Luv the pizza ? & Greek peppers papa John’s needs to bring back the dessert pizzas the originals, the peach cobbler, apple, cinnamon apple pizzas. They were the best Danielle today was awesome taking my order great customer service an aspect to the company. friendly, professional, courteous, polite, and knows how to make the customer. Happy to their liking at Papa John’s greatest. Brandon was great today as well helping out. Keep up the great work. ?

Just ordered a large pizza and breadsticks, quite a simple order, albeit $50 after the “delivery fee plus tax plus tip”.. The breadsticks were not delivered. When called, they refused to deliver what was ordered, and said the only way we would receive them is if we came and pick them up. They removed the charge for the sticks, but kept 20% tip on the original charge and I still got charged the tax on original order. Have had several issues over the last couple years with the Brooksville, FL location and this will be the last time.

The pizza has gone downhill in taste. It tastes like they have downgraded from better ingredients to good ingredients. I started buying pizza from the Hut. There is a large up charge for the flavored crust. I did not get the online discount when I ordered pizza for $7.99 special (?). Two large one topping pizzas turned out to be close to $30. The associate was kind enough to reorder the pizza online to receive the discount for me. She’s the reason I have given 5 stars for service. I would suggest the you ask about the cost for the flavored crust. The next best option is to make it yourself and apply it to your pizza. (Melted butter with seasoning) I hope this post helps you in your next decision for pizza.
One kid hates pepperoni, one kid hates pineapple, which is why I order half Hawaiian/half pepp. Maybe they thought they were doing me a favor by making the entire pizza Hawaiian with pepperoni, but they weren't.Also, why ask for a phone number if you're just going to wait for me to walk back in? Stop getting stoned at work. If all you aspire to be is "pizza joint employee", at least be a decent one.

First time customer used delivery using Uber eats tonight. Delivery was far out in Brooksville off croom road. Only 40 minutes total. Pizza was hot, very fresh, tasted great. Wings were unseasoned as we ordered and were perfect. Not sure about previous reviews but they are on the money today. Thanks ?

We arrived about 10 mins b4 they opened. We could see the employees tossing dough around . Didn't look sanitary since they had been moving a mop bucket around. We decided to eat somewhere else
