On August 1, 2025, I placed an order through the phone. My order was a large or medium pepperoni pizza with A side of wings. While I was on the phone placing my order, the employee asked for my location. I gave him my street address and my credit card information. The order was placed. 40 minutes later, I get a call from a lady that works at Papa John’s saying that she was at Wendy’s, a place similar to my Street address. I then proceed to tell her that she is at the wrong address. I give her my correct address and she says that she cannot deliver pizza to the address where I live. She then says are you near Ayers Road, I say yes, I’m like 500 feet away from Ayer’s road. She then Says hold on let me call my manager. I was like OK. Five minutes later, I call her and she says she cannot deliver my food and that I will get a refund. After we finished talking on the phone, I go on to call Papa John’s, she ends up answering the phone, And if I remember correctly, she said that she was the general manager at that Papa John’s. (Was she really the manager?) To conclude the story, she said that I will get my refund and I am waiting for my refund. (As you can see I have no food.) Horrible customer service.

Ordered through Instacart. These are hand tossed pizzas...look more like thin. Pizzadilla is burned, and these don't look like medium looks more like Small. Messaged Instacart and only credit is offered. Called the store and they cant help either with third party. What a waste of $40

Absolutely the best I made a last minute order for 6 large pizzas and they said 15 minutes and had it done in 10 and even reminded me about plates

They don't close for another 25 minutes and they decided to call me and cancel my order. If your open up until a certain time that's when you stop serving customers. I can't stand this generation of young bucks that think they make the rules to this thing called life. Hope yall don't destroy the world when we transfer power over to yall
So I have to hand it to this location, hands down the best service around for pizza period. The place is clean, energetic and the managers and staff are awesome. They take the time out to make you the priority and your food amazing and that’s what it is all about in my book. Shout out to Austin, Danielle and their team for an always amazing experience. Anyone looking for a great and affordable pizza give these guys a chance. You won’t regret it. Mike and Leslie.

Whenever I'm around there there's a lot of fighting and screaming inside this pizza place you go into order you don't see anybody washing hands and putting rubber gloves on to make food they just go from one thing to the other. That's why I won't order out or eat there

Sent me 2 raw pizzas! If I wanted to turn on my oven and cook pizzas I would of saved delivery fee and tip and went to the store!!! Never again
